It’s like nothing was fixed up, constantly finding new problems that really should have been fixed before a new resident came in, and it takes forever for them to get out and fix it. The valet trash is a required $24 a month and they regularly don’t pick up the trash, only reason it’s 2 star instead of 1 is that the community is very friendly and i like the canal

I have been a resident on Limestone Ranch since February of 2017. I was very upset in the beginning when we were purchased. I was used to the speaking to the management and staff by name and becoming friends. Well the storm hit in February of 2021 and it was really hard to recover for the management company due low supply and demand and a lot of winter repairs. The management company and the corporate office have been amazing and and always been willing to listen to any question or concern that I may of had. I moved in 6/2021 and this has been an unpleasant experience. The first sign that this was a mistake was when the apartment wasn't ready the day before move in. The apartment was filthy and had not even been cleaned. Then I was told that it was cleaned by one of the leading consultants. That is what we ate doing now and during a pandemic. Dead bugs on the window sills, dirty dishwasher with debris in the bottom, nasty fridge, glass in cabinet,floors filthy and not mopped, old pinkish shower head, old stripped bathroom faucet, old unusable dishwasher. Any review before Feb 2021, you will not find much issues with this Apartment community, as the previous management was better.
Limestone Ranch is taken over by Luma Corp from Feb / March 2021 onwards I think.
Area is kept clean.
Expect a price for every (unwanted) things being introduced.
New conditions were introduced.
Front office not taking the packages anymore. (Thrice my packages were either returned or delivered to someone)
Rental price also increased in last few months.

I want to express my gratefulness to Limestone Ranch Maintenance staff . Every time I 've sent a work order, all work has been done promptly & completed. I came in late one night and noticed one of the cement stairs had broken . I felt that this was an emergency as somebody could get hurt so I called the maintenance line at almost 11 pm . James Parker showed up in a matter of minutes and proceeded to change the entire step !! Very impressed with his assessment and wise judgment . I also want to recognize the office staff Maureen & Lauren have always been so helpful, welcoming & have made my apartment

The neighborhood in my complex is awesome with many shopping choices. The complex is a lovely clean, quite place to live with a SUPER AWESOME MANAGER and maintenance staff that are always quick to respond to issues and help with even the smallest issue. The grounds and facility are always kept clean which is especially awesome with a dog friendly complex and gorgeous private canal to walk in the back. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who ask.

We have lived here for going on 2 years now and we LOVE it. Maintenance is always speedy, amenities are great and Lauren in the office always makes us feel at home and taken care of. She's been the asst. manager since we moved in and I hope she never leaves! Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable, spacious and clean environment in Lewisville!

From the moment i moved in. Its been nothing but great service. Lauren and her office are really great and amazing customer service champs. Also, this complex is so chill, calm and respectfully a place to call home.
Last comment is for maintenance, i submitted tickets and same day, I was contacted and my issues were addressed, Amazing service.

This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The pool is always clean, and I know most people cant say that about their apartments. It offers amenities that most communities do not. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located. I can hop on a train down the road to go to Dallas so I don't have to drive. There are shops and restaurants located just down the road. JUST WONDERFUL!!!!!
