I brought my car in for repairs and Dennis, the owner, was very helpful and professional. He gave me great advice in response to my questions and even though I ultimately chose not to get my car repaired, I'd still recommend this business due to their communication and professionalism.

This is a small family run shop and you can tell they care a lot about their business, doing things well, and taking care of their customers. I had a really positive experience here having my drivers door window replaced. There was an issue with local delivery of a part too and they really went out of their way to resolve the problem (I'm pretty sure the owner actually drove to the warehouse to get the part himself) and make sure the work was done on time. There are always a few 'diamond in the rough' businessess. You just have to search yourself and trust...Alpine Auto Center and Glass is one of those rare Aladdins of the world. For a person who is so fed up with deliberate dishonesty, laziness and poor unprofessional customer service and service, I thank Alpine for replacing my regulator and fixing my rear tailgate window on my 95' 4runner without B.S. Had my car towed in for an alternator repair, had a new battery put in (at their request). Quoted me a battery price that was too high, I told them that I would accept the price if the batter was a minimum of 700 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) which they said that the would accommodate. Received a 550 CCA battery and they won't refund the difference in price. Please shop around for a reputable shop.

On a road trip our car broke down as we arrived at the Bainbridge Island Ferry! We spent the whole ferry trip calling many different mechanics and trying to find the part we thought we needed. Alpine was the ONLY mechanic that would even take the appointment! Everyone else was booked for weeks. We were able to start the car and drive to them right away, and they told us our battery was bad. All in all it was delivered and replaced within about an hour or so. They were very friendly and up front. We are so grateful that they took our appointment so we could get back to our trip right away! Thanks

I purchased a car from this auto shop and am very happy with the purchase and how well I was treated. The two brothers that run the shop are friendly and honest and don't try to take you for all you have. I would gladly purchase another car from them, and if I was in the area and needed some work done on my car I would feel that it was in good hands.

My girlfriend's Kia had its windshield replaced a year ago at another shop, which frankly did a pretty poor job. We were dealing with the effects of it for over a year until we gave in and looked for a new auto shop to help us out. I gave Dennis a call and he said come right in! Cannot speak more highly of this place. Having been serviced multiple times here (clutch replacement, transmission issues etc), Dennis consistently went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He helped ensure my insurance company took care of me. He went above and beyond by checking in with me and explaining the repairs. Dennis even made sure I knew how to drive my new manual vehicle properly! He is trustworthy and on your side.

Alpine Auto was recommended to me by my auto mechanics for some recent work I needed on my Nissan Rogue. I had a flat-bed tow of my XC90 performed by Alpine. They're under contract with Volvo (and others) for their Road-side Assistance program. I was immediately impressed with my drivers punctuality and professionalism. He even backed my car down and into a parking space at the dealership :)

Today is my day with the best service in town! I have my wheel bearing and hub assembly service with whole new brake caliber, rotor, pad( top quality). Dennis is the best mechanic I ever work with. He called me let me know every work he moved alone with the best price in town. He showed me inside the shop where all the parts he took off from my which I never experienced in my life. Be honest, this is the one shop u guys should come to have service with all OEM part. I never rate any high stars on any shop but this is the one.

My Raptor incurred some collision damage. These guys got back to me with a quote almost immediately, and said they could get to it right away. They told me to go ahead and just bring it in (on the Saturday before Memorial Day, which was incredible!). Given that I took my truck in right before they closed on Saturday, and the shop was closed Sunday and Monday, they had the work complete by early Thursday afternoon, so quick turn-around time! Recently had some minor body work done here and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Dennis and his team were detailed in their assessment and got the job done ahead of the originally estimated time. They also passed on parts rebates/discounts they received, which my 1st quote for the same work and parts did not. Great communication and customer service from start to finish at the fairest price. Highly recommend talking to Dennis and his team before going anywhere else.

Alpine did a fine job of repairing a dent in my wife's 2019 RDX and, most importantly, matching the color. Better Still, Alpine did not exceed its estimates on cost and time to repair. Finally, Alpine was courteous and friendly. I recommend it highly.

I came in and talked to one of the owners/operators who spent an absurd amount of time explaining how insurance companies work and why it would be best for me to leave my car with him. I continued to be harassed via phone calls and texts about bringing in my car for service, including one that implied that an insurance adjustor from my insurance company had been scheduled to inspect my vehicle. Stay far away from this place.
I took my car over there for a repair estimate long time ago, and I chose not to repair since the quote was too high.
But what they did next, was silently reporting the scratch on my car as "damage" to CarFax. I know it was them, because it was the only place I brought the car to for a repair quote.
It didn't hurt me, because I sold the car before I realize that; but no matter whether they did it on purpose or not, it was is so immoral.

What an easy and communicative experience! My car had issues that lead to it needing to be towed to the dealer. I was was worried my assigned towing service (since the manufacture set the towing up) would take forever and I wouldn't be updated on when they'd arrive. Not only did I get updated calls/texts on when they'd be showing, they suggested to pick up the vehicle earlier due to weather/snow issues (they were concerned and wanted the car to get to the dealer ASAP). I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I found my new favorite auto mechanics! I have an 2005 top of the line Mazda Tribute. I really like this rig but the transmission finally gave in and it was time to replace. My son-in-law recommended Alpine Auto Center because he's been going there for years and taken good care of by Annas and the rest of the Alpine Auto Center team. I was told they're the best, and they have proven themselves by replacing my old transmission with a newly rebuilt transmission. Not only did they do excellent work on the bumper of my car, they completed the job in a matter of hours, far surpassing my expectations.
