I was the temporary caretaker of a property that was purchased by them. Upon them purchasing the property they attempted to immediately evict all of the tenants of color. They would not accept the rent and attempted to evict me. I went to court with full rent and court fees paid directly to their attorney and was threatened. I was told " you dont want to mess with these people". Thats my experience. If youre a minority dont rent from them.

Love it here! Staff/Management... very down to earth and they're extremely patient especially considering the area we live in. Easy to approach and cares about tenants. I'm enjoying my stay here at Broadway Flats Apartments! Now 4 years I've been living here, so it's home for me.

This was a great place to live. There weren’t many issues, but the ones that I had were resolved very quickly. The property was very clean, and I really liked how the landscaping was laid out. I have referred many friends to this business and they have all been happy as well.

This review is primarily for the property management versus the actual property. We haven’t taken possession of the apartment yet so I can’t speak to that but I felt it necessary to immediately post a review based on my experience with the property manager.
We have been helping our son look for an apartment for the last month. I lived here for a year, initially everything seemed great but unfortunately I wasn't able to have a walk through to the apartment before signing a lease as I came from out of state. When I finally got to the apartment, although the floors were redone and the fridge was new, The kitchen floors around the trim were blackened and moldy, under the appliances, instead of cleaning the filth they simply let it be and put new appliances over it. I swear the entire couple of square feet under the appliances were pure black. I spent hours pulling it out and cleaning because I was so disgusted. My bathroom

Both landlord and assistant landlord work diligently around the clock everyday to help all of our needs and it really shows continuing to keep it a safe and excellent community within the building. The assistant Manager, Maria Ali, stays involved with all of our concerns and continues to be a wonderful problem solver to keep our apartment secure and up to date on maintenance & management. Katie Knoblauch stays on top of the rent and Emails keeping everyone notified on any changes or events around the building, keeping all of us engaged with them both on the email side of things. I love Halverson & Blaiser, the maintenance man Pedro, he is wonderful. He's professional, very understanding, he listens to my concerns and he's just a great person overall. It's nice to have an honest and kind person who builds relationships and trusts with the tenants.I've lived here at one of their apartment for a year and 3 months. I love it,I don't have to wait forever for someone to come, soon as you put the order in or call the emergency line they are there within the hour.

I have really enjoyed living at this property for the past 6 months. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. I feel very safe and secure. The property manager is very friendly and works diligently to resolve any issues or concerns that I might have. I see that he has much ambition to create an even better environment for this property. He has true concerns for the tenants.
