Honestly the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I moved out of the Rochester area and that’s the only reason I left. So much character and charm. Quiet neighbors. Great amenities (washer/dryer, central air, fitness center, off street parking, the list goes on…). GREAT maintenance. Whenever I needed anything, Dave was right there to fix it. Christine is also so incredible! Anything you need and she’ll help make it happen. If I ever move back to the Rochester area, I definitely know where I’m renting. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The apartments are truly beautiful. They come with a lot of features that other apartments lack, including a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, parking and a storage space for bicycles on premise. They are pet friendly too! Christine, the property manager, was great to work with as I looked for a new apartment. She was always quick to respond and really paid attention to what I was looking for. I had a great experience!

This place is great! Have looked at many places in Roc and there is literally close to none where clean means clean.
I lived here for a year and my expirience was a 5 thanks to the property manager Christine. The only reason I moved out was because as a student I could not afford it.
Christine is responsive a very professional. I almost gave a 4 bc my complaint would be about security for packages. There has been packages lost while Christine was gone for vacation, which made me believe it had to be someone with access.

Living here was a great experience! The newly renovated units are gorgeous (granite countertops, tall ceilings, huge shower) and surprisingly quiet for being in such a busy part of the city. The in-unit laundry and the private, gated parking lot were also nice touches.
But the best part was definitely the property manager, Christine. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and would always respond to emails instantly. The few minor maintenance issues I encountered (loose shower door handle and a loose outlet cover) were fixed the very same day I mentioned them!
Highly recommend these apartments, easily

They talk a big game about how secure the premises is before you sign the lease. I've lived here less than a month and someone's opened my packages in the mail room and stolen what they fancy 3 times.
So not only is the rent hefty, if you're purchasing things for your new home online, dont expect you'll ever get them.

I would HIGHLY recommend living here! Christine and Dave are amazing people. They take time to get to know each resident and treat you like family. Everyone in the building is super nice! I've lived here for a year and had no problems at all. The prime location, gym, in unit washer/dryer, and the community here makes 300 Alexander the BEST place to live in Rochester! Thank you so much for taking good care of me!

I lived at 300 Alexander for 3 years and it was wonderful! I'd move back if I could.
For an apartment building in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet amongst the residents. In the summer you would sometimes hear noise from the street/clubs nearby, but nothing that was a huge nuisance. Parking could be tight at times, but I was never unable to park in the resident lot due to overcrowding or anything like that.
Management and maintenance were always very responsive to questions and concerns. Finishes in the unit were high end and lovely. Truly a great building to live in if you're

I've been coming by this property for over a year to take pictures, and generally help out. I am impressed with the attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism of the office staff here. It is truly exceptional, or else I wouldn't take the time to write this review. The office staff and maintenance staff are all great. I have to visit several places like this for my work, but this place really stands out.
It is a great building in a great location, but I think the management team is the real highlight.
