The application and move-in process at Cove Pointe at the Landings was super easy! The staff was very friendly and has answered any and all of my questions. Upon arrival, everything was set up and ready for me to move in. The apartment was sparkling clean and I even met some of my neighbors on my first day here. So far I am very happy and can highly recommend this place.

I recently moved into CovePointe and absolutely love it. You simply cannot beat the waterfront, green space, dog friendliness, and nearby schools. It's serene, inviting, and wonderful. The apartments are up-to-date - clean finishes - yet still feel home-y, which I personally really enjoy. This is honesty one of the worst places I’ve lived. They do not understand that everyone has their own life. My dog got into a play fight with this other women’s dog and she claimed that my dog attacked hers, the management instantly took their side and asked us to leave. They did not ask for our opinion/side of the story and don’t have any of the same staff long enough for one to understand the whole situation. Overall poor experience and don’t recommend to anyone who has friends/kids. Maybe for someone without a dog or kids who is rarely home. Only thing I Enjoyed was how updated the

I love living at Cove Point. The staff has always been helpful and Sandra is quick to find the answer to any of my questions. My Golden Retriever, Cooper, loves the waterfront walkway, adjacent field to chase tennis balls, the treats the staff always have in hand for him, and the elevators instead of taking stairs after enjoying outdoor time. I feel safe and secure here because entrances require a code or key fob to enter and each unit has a security system available. The pool is beautiful and I love that some of Norfolk’s best restaurants are within walking distance.
