1971, Duston's Market, Bakery & Deli has become a staple within the Seacoast known for its fantastic food and friendly faces. Many locals visit three times a day grabbing their breakfast, lunch and dinner, while other customers make weekly trips from as far as northern Maine, Western Vermont and the South Shore of Massachusetts to buy everything from chicken tenders to chicken salad!
The whoopie pies are made from scratch daily and are so famous they've been shipped all over the world - from San Francisco to Sydney, Detroit to Denmark! Bob Duston opened the store when he was just 22 years old and after 47 years in business, he can still be found making sandwiches, baking pies in the days leading up to Thanksgiving, or cashing out customers with his signature smile!

I fondly remembered Duston's mouthwatering maple squares and stellar strawberry bear claws from childhood summers spent at the outdoor pool. I relived the memory recently and was not disappointed.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was clean, and the pastries were decadent. Boar's Head meats were advertised at the deli and typical convenience store snacks, drinks, and toiletries were available.
My daughter wanted a breakfast Sammy with crisp bacon (accomplished) which was prepared using sweet Belgium waffles. A wonderful addition to any day!

I have been coming here since I was a kid (25+ years ago) and the pastries are always a great selection (Good luck choosing between all the delicious choices), they have a small market selection of dried goods, great beverage choices, and if you want some fried good or fresh made wraps be sure to swing through!

Incredible donuts! The maple filled and the sugar donuts were my favorite but they were all great and reasonably priced. Also, the peanut butter pie, pecan coffee, and cupcakes were amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone!! The owner is super nice and they also sell sandwiches/a full fridge for beverages/ and snacks. A cute store with the best donuts!

LOVE Duston's! Their food is great, and their deserts, OH LORD are they fabulous!! Mr. Duston creates these lovely deserts all himself and it shows that his heart and soul is in it and I hope that Duston's is around for many many years to come! It has been around for my entire life so far and I can't imagine it not being there.

I recently purchased a cake for my husband's 55th birthday. It was a custom cake somewhat of an odd request. It was supposed to be a chewing tobacco can.
I did bring in a can for reference and explained that it was odd but since we have bought cakes from Duston's for several years I knew that it would come out great.
However the cake I picked up was very unfinished. The piping was terrible, the frosting to cake ratio was horrible. I also asked for a marble cake. If the cake designer didn't create this cake and had an assistant or other worker make this cake then she should have looked at it before

The best for local fresh pastries. Croissants, muffins, and unbelievable donuts. Frostings And fillings are light and home made, and the dough is to die for. Hot lunches are pretty damn good. And def better than some prepacked microwave goods. Give em a shot, and you won't be disappointed. It's worth it.
