The chalets were nice if a little dated. The main problems were check in and check out. I felt like there was a little attitude when I asked to get the check in paperwork done earlier than the 4 o'clock check in time. I just wanted the paperwork out of the way ahead of time. But that was a minor hiccup and everything was done. The real problem was checkout. All paperwork said that you had to checkout by 10am. I was told to leave everything on the dining room table, and to call the main office. When I attempted to do this, I was routed to an answering service since the office didn't open until 10am

We had a very nice split level with three bedrooms. Perfect for an extended family vacation. Decent size kitchen and large dining room table. Lots of fans to help keep it cool on warm days. Nice mountain location close to the lake and the village. Just wish there were some kind of sidewalk to get there. Lots of great hiking trails nearby.
