I love Citrus Village! Linda and I have been here seven years and still going!
The office staff Kierra, Julia, and Micha are beyond amazing. They organize fun events...see photos on their facebook and they are so responsive to our needs. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. It's really a tight community with a homey feel.
What I love the most is the staff is warm friendly and truly care. FIVE STARS!!!

Great apartment complex with very responsive staff. The maintenance team is awesome. One time, I had a flat time and one of the maintenance team stopped me to help and fix my tire. The entire staff makes sure we know everything that is going on in the complex - from issues to events. They constantly strive for a great community atmosphere through food trucks, events, giveaways, and more.

Moving almost 3,000 miles from home, and moving into these apartments feels like home already. Friendly staff, helpful and a delight to work with especially Kierra. I’ve met great people at the pool and enjoy the safe and pretty grounds to walk around morning or night. Thank you CV for making my move so easy!

I had the pleasure of living at Citrus Village for a few months from January 2021-August 2021. I actually broke my lease due to family and employment across the state requiring me to move (still looking for something as nice as what I had here and cannot find anything remotely close!). The office staff were always incredibly professional, responsive/timely, and especially kind even when I broke my lease. I had a newly renovated apartment and LOVED it. I never had an issue with any neighbors or other residents and never felt unsafe (big thing for me). It was always a quiet and calm residential area

Coming from someone who has physically lived here, unlike the recent reviews coming from staff, this place is horrible. From the amenities to the service. Amenities break constantly and maintenance will take weeks to arrive. We once had no power for two weeks and often times trash will not get picked up. Service at the front desk is very unprofessional, rude, and never pick up their phones. Julie, who manages the financies, is probably the least helpful and nastiest person there who has lost our check for rent multiple times and somehow “loses” our work orders/ documents. Recently moved into this apartment complex and can’t say enough good things. Julia is absolutely amazing, always doing whatever it takes to make sure we are taken care of. One of the maintenance team members fixed our door within 30 minutes of my request on the resident portal. If you are considering moving here, take a tour with Julia and you will fall in love just like my girlfriend and I did. Julia, thank you again for everything!

Fabulous complex. Luxury service. Beautiful grounds and excellent service. Rycee Julia Megan and Zee are professions who will treat you with respect and respond quickly
They also try to listen and react quickly to concerns. I like that this is a convenient location. At the complex we have excellent amenities like a resort pool.and nice gym. Love it!

We lived here while our home was being built and thankfully did not live here for the entire year. The front office staff is incredibly incompetent. Julia Hernandez is not only rude, but actually clueless about how to run an apartment complex. She refuses to respond to voicemails or emails. The apartments themselves are adequate yet expensive for what you get. The air conditioners ALWAYS RUN and are very inefficient. The noise from them is annoying after a while. The pool area is very nice and has a grilling area that is useful. The exercise room is small but has newer equipment and is a nice

I feel very lucky to have found this place last year. I researched for what seemed endless hours, visited multiple apartment complexes and decided to lease here and I am so glad I did! It really has been a great place to live.I'm not sure why people complain about the "cheap materials" and thin walls since that's not a broadstone issue but an apartment living issue, if you don't want to hear your next door neighbor or can't stand the kids above you stomping around, move to a house. I only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the next morning while I

Just want to let everyone know that yes these apartments are beautiful but they are way OVERPRICED. They had too many dumb rules. Ex: they have valet trash yet you can't put your trash out before 6pm of you'll get fines. That defeats the whole valet purpose. The neighbors complain about noise...the walls are thin they are apartments. The management says people expect it to stay quite because they pay too much we aren't like other apartments. There are really conceited and snooty people living here. Maintenance people are rude also. I would not live here again. You can find apartments
