I’ve lived at High Point East for almost 5 years and I’ve always had good experiences. Maintenance and staff are always quick to respond to any questions, comments, or concerns we may have. The amenities are always nice and the location is a big bonus! We are close to lots and being able to jump on the highway and be anywhere in Wichita in a few minutes is a big bonus!

I've been a resident here for the better part of fifteen years. While all apartment complexes have their pros and cons, I've always felt safe and respected here at High Point East. Over the past 3-4 years in particular, I've felt that the service aspect of the property, specifically management and maintenance, has really improved and made this a particularly great place to live.

Is quite and nice but administration doesn't pay attention. They take too much time fixing things and they do not keep their promises. We are just waiting for our contract to finish so we can go other place.

Of course you cannot find my email because you used my husband's instead despite us telling you explicitly to use mine because he doesn't really use his. No, I did not make any mistakes I know exactly the crappy place I've been living in the last year, you never answer claims it takes forever to get service, if you don't track your packages 8 out of 10 times you never
