R O A C H E S !!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & I'VE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR 3 1/2 MONTHS !! THEIR ABILITY TO RESPOND TO URGENT MATTERS, IN A TIMELY MANNER IS BEYOND ME. I'VE COMPLAINED 4XS ABOUT A PEST ISSUE ( ROACHES) AND THE ISSUE STILL HASNT BEEN RESOLVED. YOU’D THINK WHEN ONE PERSON COMPLAINS ABOUT ROACHES THEY'D REQUIRE THE ENTIRE BULIDING TO BE INSPECTED, ON THE SAME DAY. HOWEVER, OFFICE STAFF STATED PEST CONTROL WOULD NEED TO SEE WHERE THE ISSUE IS COMING FROM, BEFORE THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF THE ENTIRE BULIDING. I WAS TOLD BY PEST CONTROL THE ROACH ISSUE IS COMING FROM ANOTHER UNIT. AGAIN, I HAD TO

I've been living here for the past 2 years and even though they got gate and cctv that shii don't work. My car got stolen in front of my building and when I went to the office to ask about the cctv they wasn't helpful the lady was talking about her tea and snacks and not concern about my car stolen. They told me the cctv camera in front of the offce don't work.

I was having trouble with opening my sliding glass door. I put in a maintenance request and I was told that someone would come in from an outside company to fix it. They showed up on Tuesday afternoon and put new rollers on and a metal handle. As a result of this the door now moves
smoothly and I am very happy!! Also want to thank Charles for getting the ball rolling to get the door fixed.

They have been picking at everything on my patio. They basically want it to be bare with nothing. I’ve had my artificial grass for over a year. They automatically assume that my pup goes on the patio and uses it for a bathroom. I have it there for my kids so they don’t get splinters on the bottom of their feet and it looks nicer too. I even asked the leasing office if it was ok to have and they said yes. I kept it. Now they are telling me I have to get rid of it or I I’ll have to vacate. They find every little reason to vacate their residents instead of listening out to what we have to say

Wanted to thank Charles maintenance employee who went of his way to assist me getting my remote working. Have had it for some time and it
quit working. There were no others available so he said as soon as they came in he would bring one to me. Within minutes, I had the remote returned working with a new battery. I could tell he was concerned and appreciate what he did. Thank you, Charles !

Without fail, Charles helps me and my girlfriend every time he sees us. Even if we don’t need help, he has some kind of tip or story that surly puts a smile on my face. My laundry room flooded a little bit ago and within minutes of calling Maintenance, Charles came and conquered the leak. A true Greensview hero

It was after 5pm on a Friday and Jeff offered to swap out a damaged garbage disposal for me before the weekend. I’m certain he had a long week, he was probably hungry and ready to go home for the weekend and be with his family. Instead, he put customer service ahead of that and took the extra hour to make sure that I could use my sink and dishwasher and have my convenience taken away for a couple of days. Thanks Jeff!!

Jeff goes out of his way to go above and beyond to help whenever needed. He is always polite, communicates and my kids love seeing him around the complex. He has even helped me when my car got stuck in the turn Lane to the entrance of the complex. No questions asked for the most part Jeff is always helpful.

Everything has been crazy with COVID but Larry and the maintenance crew work as hard as they can to get work orders completed in a promptly manner! They listen to the issues, are very knowledgeable, and everyone is friendly. A lot of lights were out in the property but the property is looking much more bright which helps with safety around here at night! I appreciate you all working so hard to get things done as quickly as possible!
