Services
Unlike other Condos we do not require an additional cleaning fee. We only request that you "leave it as you found it" with everything except laundry. Optional: If your stay is longer, and you request a cleaning then there is an additional $55.00 Cleaning Fee This is a basic clean fee. INTERNET: $0 - Internet WIFI is available and is provided with your rental - free of charge.

On the beach in less than 5 minutes. Condo itself was sufficient and cozy. Everything you needed was there. The owner of this condo very nice and helpful. Her place was very clean.

It was overwhelming trying to find the right place to stay. I wanted somewhere i could wake up, drink coffee and watch the dolphins and walk out of the condo and be on the beach. But i also didn't want ro be around people partying or anything like that. This condo is PERFECT. And Liza is AMAZING. She responds so quickly and makes sure you understand everything. She went above and beyond for my family and I. This is werw my family and i will be staying in the future. We had a great time....even thru the storms that rolled thru... Thank you for the amazing memories!!!!

We are so happy to have found this place to stay over the weekend. We rented it from Friday thru Sunday but we loved it so much we added another night. The condo is very clean and roomy for a family with children. Loved the idea of the beach being right there as you open the patio door. Nice to wake up to the morning breeze of the beach. Very quiet environment and staff was awesome. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. Very awesome we look forward to coming back soon. We enjoyed it. Thanks John Blatter we will be in contact pretty soon.
