The Gulfstream Condominiums are located right on the beach on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi Texas with some of the most breathtaking views on the Texas Gulf Coast! Gulfstream opened in 1970 and has been a great family vacation destinations for over four decades. Our condominiums are individually owned, each has been remodeled, and has unique decor.
Each Gulfstream condominium offers all of the amenities of home, with two bedrooms and two baths, and most have sleeper couch to sleep six. The condominiums are individually owned and decorated. All of the kitchens are fully equipped, so it is easy to prepare your meals in, if you'd like. However there are many great restaurants on the island that you might want to try, just minutes away!
Our pool is open from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. We ask that all of our visitors follow the posted rules. We do not have a lifeguard on duty, no diving is allowed, children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times and the Jacuzzi is for adults only. Please, no glass containers in the courtyard and pool areas.
With Gulfstream Condominiums as your headquarters, you're at the center of family-friendly activities in and near Corpus Christi. Of course, you can always just step out onto the beach in front of your home-away-from-home. That can be a perfect vacation all by itself. But if you want more, there are plenty of options to choose from to stay entertained!
Get up close and personal with natural wonders or satisfy your need for speed with more active pursuits. So much to do at Padre Island National Seashore! The National Park Service protects the longest stretch of undeveloped barrier island in the world, with 70 miles of coastline, dunes, prairies and wind tidal flats that provide a home for a variety of wildlife, including protected nesting grounds for the Kemp's Ridley sea turtle.

If you love the beach, surf or jetty fishing, there is not a better place to stay in the Corpus/Port Aransas area than the Gulfstream Condos on North Padre Island. You are right on the beach. There are no lengthy walks on boardwalks to get to beach. You are on it. When you step outside the building you are on the beach. I’ve been staying there since it opened 50 years ago. The units are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and kept in very good condition. There are many nice restaurants close by - Snoopy’s, Doc’s, Island Italian, Angry Marlin and many more. Very close by Packery Channel jetty

Andy is the best!! He is so kind, so quick, so professional, so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable!! We stayed at these condos for a weekend and we want to buy one!! We love them! The ladies in the morning are not the kindest, but that’s ok, the property is well maintained (not super updated, but clean). The view is amazing. It is not luxury, but it is very nice! Rooms have a great layout and it’s a great place to stay! The pool is awesome and so is the hot tub!

Love, love, love this place! Both as a designer and a guest, I’ve had great experiences with the staff every time. Unit 621 is ours and we have amazing neighbors as well as wonderful guests that come all the time. I love the pool area and I’m very happy that there is instant beach access. Can’t beat the ocean views!

WONDERFUL LOCATION!
I stayed here a few times over the last 20 years and I have always left happy with my choice.
The indoor pool adds so much value to the stay. Perfect for families with children, couples, or even a business person that wants something different in lodging.
The place we rented this time was an upper left style that faced the beach. It was the best stay so far. The A/C was able to keep things cool inside and the pool was warmed a bit in the mornings when it was a little cool outside.

My husband and I stay here from Sept 13-15, which is the off season. Our gulf view room (316) was absolutely beautiful. The gulf views are worth the extra cost. If you wake early you will see the sunrise over the Gulf Coast. The staff were great, helpful and kind on the phone and for check in and out but we didn't have to ask anything more of them. There are great casual restaurants around too.
