Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We just moved into a 1 bedroom here. Sabrina is so helpful and nice, she was with us throughout the process as was Kaylie. Those girls were very helpful and were able to help us with any and all questions or they found out the answers from someone else. I hope that our stay here will be a good experience.

When I originally moved in Tony was AMAZING I have lived here two years and the past year has been a NIGHTMARE i.e. Tony is gone tenants moving in are DISGUSTING leaving food in the hallways floors, Doors slamming and people running in and out all times of day and night not showing any respect for neighbors who have jobs or children, Loud music and arguing all day and night reported and NO changes, Trash left in halls doors propped open that could allow rodents to get in. Just NASTY and the care and concern by the leasing office is Minimal I pay FULL rent to not even be comfortable or have peace

Okay, I made a great review BEFORE I moved in… yeah definitely should’ve waited. I’ve lived here since the beginning of August… yeah I will be moving as soon as I can. Mold, bugs, fires, trash left outside, shopping carts blocking the emergency exit, people trying to break in, in the middle of the night, do I need to say more? So fed up. With everything my girlfriend and I have been through, we should not have to pay a fee to break the lease early but will because this is an awful place to live.

I met our new office employee, Sabrina, today. She's delightful, thorough, very helpful, and takes the time needed to take care of a concern. Sabrina helped me with an issue regarding my automatic rent payment.
Because of her expert help, I will have a stress free 3 day holiday weekend. Gratitude attitude❣

Tony is amazing!! every time i walk into the leasing office he greets me with a huge smile and a warm welcome! his personality is amazing!! he makes you feel very loved and welcomed. you can tell he cares deeply about his residents. He even stays at his desk until 6 pm sometimes even a few minutes later just so i can get in, in time to make it to the gym! this place definitely wouldn't be the same without him.
