Current resident since January. We love it here! Our only complaint is the walls and ceilings are really thin so we can hear a lot of movement at times, but the administration and maintenance have been the best staff we’ve ever experienced at an apartment complex. I think we’ve dealt with Melanie (spelling?) the most and she is seriously the best! It’s a quiet place to live since it’s off the main road but super close to downtown so still conveniently located. Very affordable too!

Current resident and have been enjoying my time since I've moved here in May.
Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and the property seems to be handling the pandemic responsibility with staff wearing masks. Pest control comes regularly and I don't see bugs in my building except loads of ladybugs which I don't mind.
Office staff seems to have high turnaround but always remains upbeat and professional. The current office worker, Melinda, is awesome and always answers the phones happy and ready to assist your needs.
Pricing seems fair but could be a little more competitive as you could

Don’t do it! This is by far The most poorly managed apartment complex in Chattanooga Tennessee. To say that the office staff is incompetent is an understatement! With each new manager comes a new saga of drama for the tenants. I had mold in my apartment the air filters were not changed in two years. Not only did I have mold roaches and God knows what else that I didn’t see but the mold in the wall where water was pouring in from the upstairs apartment made me sick. I was assured that this was repaired only to find months later that the ceiling was falling in in multiple areas of apartment.

On the third my month in my lease and I like it so far. Other than THUNDERFOOT up above me, the residents are quiet for the most part. Not once have I had a problem after quiet hours. The office staff are super friendly, although I haven't been in that often, they've always went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The maintenance staff are top notch guys. They have addressed any concern I've had and worked with me in resolving any issue that I've pointed out.
