Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one month's rent amount as well as the repayment of any discounts given. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I have lived at Mesa Ridge for four years. And since Nichole has been here we have had some great changes. I like our safety gates and fences. I live near the road so the fence helps keeping people away from my truck. Nichole and the office staff are Always Courteous and Very Respectful And They Make It Very Comfortable to Live Here...

Mesa ridge is a great place to live with family the make sure everyone is safe when there is a problem they are there to fix it
the maintenance guys are so help they go around every morning making sure the complex is clean the front office is amazing so helpful nichole i believe is the manger of it all is so nice and happy all the time since we moved in there has not been any problems i would highly recommend mesa ridge to live with family

Ive lived at mesa ridge for 4 years now, and have seen great changes and improvements, the new manager and her team have done alot they are hands doing great, maintenance is definitely on top of things too, makes living here great and relaxful, for the age of the property it's loved, I'm very happy with my apartment and Anxious to see What new improvements will come in the future. Thanks Mesa team!

I have been here going on 4 years. Prices rise and rise. Property really needs some upgrades. There is a $3 month charge for pest control. I am glad for pest control to deal with roaches. Maintenance does what they are allowed to, patch work instead of replacing things (i.e. doors). I stay on top of things and document because I have not been told the truth. Takes some time for work orders to get completed and sometimes end of calling them back. I moved in and stove issues. Finally got a new stove. Plumbing is a big issue. Nicole has improved in her professional and how she talks to folks. I have

I love living here. They take care of business and keep it clean. Albuquerque has a roach problem in most of the apartment buildings but I have rarely seen one here, in fact I’ve seen as many here in a year as I would see in one day at one of my old apartments. They spray for bugs regularly, they recently re-paved the parking lot, the gate actually works, the office staff is kind, the maintenance is always cleaning up the grounds and are quick to respond to calls for help. If I could give them 10/5 stars I would.

I actually really liked this apartment, they did communicate very well and in a timely manner. Did have a few bumps with a neighbor but it was handled professionally. They always gave a heads up before entering the apartment unless there is an emergency water leak or something major. Overall pretty great apartments.

I lived at Mesa Ridge for two years and absolutely loved my two bedroom! The only reason I'm moving is because I bought a house! Nicole the office manager is just amazing with how quick she gets things done. I'll miss this place, the friendly staff, and neighbors. I won't forget you! I'll stop by to say hi every now and then.

Been here for 2 and a half years going on 3 years. Very quiet everyone is to them selfs gated so you don't see other people here. Manager is very nice and everyone in the office is helpful to anything you want to know. Maintenance workers are great they do there job. Never had any problems. I would recommend to my friends.

Don't expect anything from this place except a headache. Their office hours are 8-5 except they don't follow it. Employees will take 3 hour lunches. Good luck getting some one to answer the phone. Their employees average around 2-3 months before quitting/getting fired. They will lie to you. You'd think they'd be understanding considering it's a global pandemic and a lot of people lost their jobs but no, they will still try to evict you. If you're thinking of moving here, don't.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. this is my first apartment that i have rented i'm only 19 years old i work hard for my money and i'm here on my own. i got a discount for low income only 25$ but that's still good for me. anyways so keep that in mind, i was trying to pay my rent log on into the system and when i needed help they were just staring at me standing and waiting to push me out the door so i just said screw it i'll leave, went to pay the rent online i guess somehow they could not recognize the account and didn't go through i put on the online i did not
