I recently live in AZ to help with my family after my father passed. I been looking around for an apartment in Vegas to move back and it has been very difficult. Taylor Vanderhule has talent with talking to people she understands and empathizes amazingly. I’m really considering moving to union apts solely on the fact that if I need help this apt will be willing enough to help. 5 stars recommend to anyone.

I went to check these apartments out as I was in the market to move to somewhere nicer than where I have been staying. The person who helped me was Taylor, and her energy was so vibrant, inviting, and cheerful. What a lovely young lady. Gave us a wonderful tour of one of the nice apartments you provide. Unfortunately, a little out of our price range at the moment, but will definitely keep Union in mind! Thanks again Taylor for a lovely and informative tour!

I came to union apartments looking for a 1 bedroom.
Though i didnt meet the requirements I need to live here, I must give credit where it is due. The apartments are clean and up to date. I really like the ameneties, the pool the theater and gym area. The leasing agent, Taylor, was very kind a helpful in showing me around the place. Her tour is entertaining. I would recommend living here.

Taylor V was simply awesome with the application process. She’s funny and has a great personality. She made the process a smooth transition into my new home. I love the fact that they have a fitness center, business center, pools and more! It’s less than 5mins from LVAC and healthy foods. About 15min from Red Rock. The summerlin areas is great with plenty of nice people to accommodate you!

After living in multiple various apartment complexes in various parts of the country I can honestly say I’ve never seen a maintenance worker as dedicated and hard working as Ventura. Anytime an issue comes up, having the comfort of knowing that Ventura will be there to fix and help is quite reassuring. He is passionate about the work he does and that reflects in the quality of his work.

Never signing another Lease here! I've tolerated too much in the last 2 years and I'm done here at Union. On Memorial Day after noon time, I was leaving my apartment and the exterior door handle completely broke off, metal completely fractured off, and I was unable to access my apartment. I treat everything with care and did not exert any force on the door. The office was closed for the holiday to regular business but I left an urgent voicemail message, completed a Maintenance Request online with Urgent status and emailed the Resident Manager to please help me sometime during the

We just moved in in December and want to say that this is a pretty nice place to live. Wow what a nice place with a garage and its reasonably priced but NOT a cheap outfit. The place is full of upgrades.... they are also very forward and polite. I don't see them pulling punches so thats really refreshing. Upfront and honest and the maintenance is trustworthy and knowledgable

I have lived at Union a little bit over a year now and I just love it. Taylor is just so helpful with all my questions I have and always gives me answers. Brett helped me out so much last year during the shut down with COVID-19 and I was able to get my rent paid with the assistance. If you are looking for a quite place to live and a good leasing team I highly recommend Union! I love calling this place my home!!

I've been at Union for 4 years. Nice, quiet complex in a really walkable neighborhood. Maintenance requests are filled quickly and the maintenance workers are the friendliest I've ever met. Sherrie, Taylor, & Brent are a pleasure. They are quick to reply to any questions and have been amazing during COVID with communication. Really hospitable and always smiling. Highly recommend in you're looking for a place near everything without having to live right in Summerlin. The grounds are well maintained, pool is amazing to hang out at, neighbors are respectful of each other.

I've been at Union for 2 months now and I absolutely love it. The office staff is very nice and always helpful. I love it here. Covid 19 has made is difficult but the office staff is always more then helpful. The location is close to everything but still hidden away in a neighborhood. The floorplans are awesome too, large with a marvelous kitchen.

Union Apartments has been home to us for 7 months now, we definitely enjoy living here and Sherrie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Sherrie assisted me long distance with helping me apply for this place and giving me the perfect apartment close to the main pool area. I wasnt even living in Nevada yet but she communicated with me so well, responded to all my emails in a timely matter and was quick to give me a tour and the keys to my new place immediately when I pulled up with my moving truck! Its definitely an adjustment moving from a house to an apartment hearing all the sounds from my neighbors above but

This complex is a hidden gem(: Very quiet and in a nice area. I moved here a few months ago and very glad i did!! The office is always friendly and very helpful. Robert, the maintenance supervisor is wonderful. He keeps the property clean and looking sharp.! Definitely recommend checking this complex out

We love The Union Apartments.
My wife and currently living there and we enjoy being there. Kara and Taylor and all the other staff we came in contact with. The Maintenance crew is also magnificent . Ventura is one of the maintenance men that works at the Union Apartments, he is very helpful and kind and willing to help you with any issues.

When we first moved to union apartments a year ago, the management was amazing. It was always great service and super timely responses.
Fast forward to 2018, and the new management is terrible, condescending, and they do not care about the residents. Randy is particularly rude and not fit for customer or apartment service. It's sad I try to avoid my own leasing office when he's there.
If you're looking in this area, there are plenty of other new developments being built that are much better for your money. Avoid at all costs. I rated it one star for a reason.

Update: apparently we are on a once a monthmaintenance schedule. The grass hasn't been mowed in three weeks and there are weeds and dead spots everywhere. Trash is not picked up regularly enough so the trash is just everywhere spilling into the common areas. This place is marketed and priced as "high end luxury apartments". That statement is laughable at best. Stay away from here.

So I just finished my year lease and here is my experience.
Pros: Staff is great. It's not easy dealing with people and their complaints all day (including mine). Stressful job. Maintenance is punctual and friendly. I'm impressed with both. The landscape is well maintained and they do a good job with upkeep. Shower heads are awesome. Sinks are modern and really pretty.
Cons: I lived in a 1 bedroom and paid $1,205. Unless you actively use the movie theater room, gym, pool(not heated year round) and rent bikes you won't get your money's worth. But if you're like me and

Things to expect living here:
1) ridiculously high power bills - place bleeds heat / cold. A power bill for 2 people was always over $100 a month, over $200 a month in summer months. AC or heater (depending on season) will run almost always due to inability to retain the set temperature.
2) thin walls - you can hear your neighbors talking, their TV; pretty much anything they do when they are active.
3) shoddy craftsmanship - price of rent is way too high for the crappy quality of the build. Crickets everywhere inside during warmer months. They come through the drain pipes. Composite wood cabinetry

The attentiveness I received right from the start was what sold me! As I ventured cross country from CT to Vegas Union staff kept me constantly in the loop. My phone calls received, calls to me everyday and plenty of photos the website didn't offer.
~ All my requirements met!!
Now that I'm (1) year in, and I only want to mention what is unique from other complexes ...
~ Staff and ground crew is like family, so if you're looking for a safe and attentive vibe you'll find it here!
~ A constant flow of services and activities to meet our social needs
