Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Multiple fire extinguisher inspections in the past month. I get a call to place mine outside and why I have not in the past ( I did after the first notice when I was out of town). Manager threatens me with an $85 fine after I ask why I’ve had to place it outside so frequently recently. Completely unprofessional. Won’t be renewing.

I moved here a few months ago, I love it. It is a peaceful community located in a super convenient location and the staff are interactive. There was breakfast handed out to residents at the front gate not too long ago. What sticks out the most to me, is how responsive the staff is. I put in 2 maintenance requests and they were both completed on the same day! Other complexes I’ve lived have taken days to weeks to fix.

Aqua has by far been my favorite place that I've lived since I moved to Gainesville. I started off living in a 2/2 unit here and then moved to a 3/3 because I love the complex. Its very quiet, well kept, and great office staff. Andrew has been exceptionally helpful in everything that I have needed. I recommend Aqua to pretty much anyone that is looking for housing!

This community was the best find we could ever think of in Gainesville. We just renewed our lease. Great amenities, well maintained, lovely staffs, large green yards, wonderful for our kids and for the dogs. We also love the interaction with the tenants, like in the Christmas or Halloween best decoration contest (we got second place in 2020). Be welcome to join our community and make friends.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Nick one of the maintenance guys here at Aqua at Windmeadows this morning. I had a bit of a rough start getting into my unit here, but even with that I still feel like I made the right decision to make this my new home.
So with all that being said Nick definitely was a breath of fresh air this morning when he came to my apartment with his upbeat personality, to fix a few cosmetic things that were overlooked.
He definitely went above and beyond and even replaced my old shower head with a new rain shower head which I didn’t even asked for.

I love living here! I moved about two months ago and everything about this place has been enjoyable! They are quick to respond to any Maintenance issue, clean facilities (gym, game room), I feel safe which is important for women! I have even had the opportunity to get close with my neighbors, this location is also a huge plus because your so close to everything I just hop on my bike and go! I recommend living here out of any place in Gainesville I’ve been a resident for 5 years now and have lived at a variety of apartments in town and this one has been exceptionally enjoyable!

I was looking for somewhere new to stay because my current lease will be up at the end of the year. I was greeted my Andrew when I arrived on the property. First things I noticed was how professional Mr. Andrew was dressed. He greet my father and I with a smile and welcomed up to the property. He was very interested in all the needs I had for my new apartment. The tour was great and I loved the unit I was shown. Thank you Andrew.
