Established in 1981, Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc. offers a full range of real estate services including sales, property management, vacation rentals, development, land sales, commercial properties, relocation services and long term rentals. We are a second-generation, family-run business and the most respected full-service vacation property management firm on Oak Island.
There are over 250 Margaret Rudd Oak Island rentals, many of which are oceanfront or within a block or two of the beach and offer pools, hot tubs, docks, and more. Margaret Rudd has 56 pet friendly Oak Island vacation rentals. Leashed dogs are permitted year round on Oak Island beaches, and from mid-Oct. to mid-March, during the hours of 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., dogs are permitted to be off leash in designated locations with signage.

We had 3 separate properties to sale. Tami contacted us and really impressed us with her professional attitude and knowledge of Real Estate. The first lot sold in few days. The second which included the house had an offer in 9 days. The third property was less desirable and she was able to find a buyer. All properties were profitable to our satisfaction. I sold a house in GA and moved to NC so logistics and timing was one of my top concerns. My buyer's agent, Donna L Smith, had been an agent for a short time, but was many heads over my GA agent who has been in RE for decades. Donna is professional, poised, prepared. She provided me with materials to review the homes we were scheduled to see and kept us on schedule. ELVIRA GILBERT did an amazing job of helping my mother and I find just the right home! Her customer service went above and beyond any I have received from a Realtor. She listened to us and showed us homes that met our specifications and our budget. Since we were out-of-town buyers, once we found the right home, Elvira followed the due diligence process for us and kept us informed on a regular basis. Closing was smooth and on-time.
