By far the best apartment complex i have ever lived in! They are a bit pricey but it’s worth it . I loved everything about these apartments . The location, the quiet , the security, the overall upkeep of the apartments. I’ve dealt with Virginia , Jordan & Thomas they are all awesome ! David is a great maintenance man. You won’t be disappointed if you move here

I lived here for about 18 months. After I signed the new contract, I found a job and had to break the contract. They were super helpful during this process. We also enjoyed its great location. It is at a very good school district (Parkview Elementary), very close to Costco, Walmarts, international food markets, grocery, shopping centers, banks, restaurants, etc. Maintenance was fast, and Mr David who does the maintenance is a very skilled repairman. Ms Virginia and new property manager Ms Armstrong were very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed living here.

This is my first apartment & I was really specific on how I wanted my first apartment; The cost, Location, Flooring, washer&dryer was my main concern&Hidden Pointe delivered. :)
The workers, Ms. Virginia & Mr. David are a great tag team partner& have wonderful hospitality!!

I have lived @ Hidden Pointe Apts since 2016! The apartments are very nice & quiet! If I needed anything dealing with Maintenance or anything it was taking care of immediately. The Property is well lit as well and their is Security that rides through every night! I have enjoyed my time here. Mrs. Jordan the Apartment Manager is A Very Pleasant Young Lady! Thank Mrs. Jordan for Everything!

I have lived here for over a year now and have just renewed my lease. Virginia is an awesome property manager, gets to know all of her residents (and their pets), and tries her hardest to make everyone feel like we have a community. The apartments are being updated as people move out, including Vivint Home Automation being installed. The kitchen cabinets are older, but they are painted and refinished with newer countertops. The appliance work just fine. We have recently had issues with water entering the apartment since it is on the first floor, but this seems to be an issue more with the groundskeeping

I'm not from Baton Rouge but when I found this place (just by the walk though) I could feel that it was the one for me! Oh how I just LOVE Virginia! She does so much to bring the community together! I've only had one problem and was asked to follow to fix it IMMEDIATELY by David and it was fixed on the spot! And let's not forget about the pets who also feel at home here!

Buildings are very old and smells like trash. I asked lots of time to fix the problem. They only came and spray something which is not a solution. Also, there are a lot of holes on the parking lot which damaged my car. I do niot recommend anybody to rent from this property. The manager looks nice but does not help with the solutions.

My fiance' and I have been living here for a little over a year and a half. 2 months ago, when a new property manager took over, we have been through hell! Now, residents (including mine) cars are being towed in the middle of the night or boots are being put on tires. There are two property managers from my knowledge that I have dealt with and they both blame each other. If you get a job as the property manager, I expect you to be properly trained. One property manager says that the parking stickers just need to be posted and another says it should be in a certain spot. I pay too much money in
