Always address your instructor and fellow students as "Sir" or "Ma'am" as a sign of respect. Please try to be on time for class. The beginning of the class is the warm up and stretching portion of class. A proper warm up and stretch will help to reduce risk of injuries like pulled muscles and possibly more serious injuries.

I have been training at ABK for fifteen years and look forward too many more years of being involved. Their traditional views of martial arts are taught authentically, but relevant to today’s society. As a student you don't just learn martial arts but how to survive and thrive in life. It is not something I do but has become the way I live life. I highly recommend this program to children and adults alike. The Lerma’s truly care about their student’s and society’s success and future. They guide their students to their highest and happiest potential on and off the mat. I started as the kid

This is an excellent martial arts studio led by a fantastic instructor. Your child will learn fitness, discipline, and life skills from Master Lerma. My kid has been going for about 3 years now and enjoys it immensely. I understand they have adult classes at night, which I would go if my schedule permitted.

My daughter has been taking classes at ABK since mid 2015. She is now a Red belt! (One of the advance belts). Master Lerma has been phenomenal. He communicates his style, discipline and technique very effectively with his students. My daughter has become lot more disciplined since she reached her Brown belt. I definitely recommend ABK to all parents.

I can't recommend ABK Danville and Master Lerma highly enough. My two sons and wife have all earned black belts at ABK. When we started this journey over a decade ago, we never thought it would be this big a part of our lives. Master Lerma has an amazing way with kids. He makes sure it's fun for them, but also knows how to bring out the best in them, no matter what their level or skill. It's incredible to watch them give everything they have, and excel. In fact, Master Lerma is incredibly motivating for students of all ages. Studying Tae Kwon Do at ABK is about far more than the physical art: It
