1-star for me because the management staff is inconsistent. The new manager is not someone I would like to continue doing business with in the future. I found her character to lack empathy which results into her having poor communication skills. Codi is her name and moving forward she needs to learn how to communicate properly. Not talking at someone and listening to respond.
Secondly: The maintenance team is weak in their performance.
The value of this place has gone down as they continue to change staff and it's just not the same anymore.
It is a cute apartment but .. enter at your own risk

We took a chance and moved here from out of state and we are so glad we did. We love this apartment complex so much and it’s one of the nicest communities we’ve ever lived at. It’s very affordable & very quiet! We rarely and barely are able to hear our neighbors through the walls. I love our vaulted ceilings and the amenities are great. I will say the one thing it is really missing is a designated dog park. There is a large field beside the complex that a lot of residents take their dogs to play on but it’s not fenced in and it’s not technically owned by the apartment so you’re not

I moved here from Cleveland. I only looked at the virtual tour online because I had to move quickly. Codi was very accommodating and understanding. I love the large living room space and open floor plan. The location is perfect, you have access to everything, the interstate, shopping, grocery stores and the Worthington Farmers Market is amazing. I like the trash pick up at the door as well.

We live in this apartment community since 2012. The apartment living area space is really good, it has good walking space around the community, located close to I-270 and 315 intersection, easy access to many restaurants, theaters superstores like Walmart, Meijer, Giant Eagle and Kroger. The community staffs are very friendly and respond to any questions/issues quickly. Maintenance staffs are great and quickly fix the issues. I recommend this community.

I have lived here for close to 2 years and I have had no issues. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Staff is always nice and helpful. rent is decently priced. They provide community events which is nice and the area is easy to get in an out since it is close to the freeway.
The walls side by side seem to be well insulated, but if you have someone living above you, it can sound like big foot stomping on the floor.
The neighbors I have been nice and overall this is one of the better communities I have lived in

I've lived here for about a year and a half and love it! Rent is very reasonable for the quality and space of the apartment. I've had very few maintenance issues, but when I do they're very quick to fix things. Everyone on the office is very friendly and helpful when we have questions. Another bonus is the events they put on - even during quarantine they were creative about running events that didn't involve getting people close together. The apartment gym is also decent if I don't have time to go to the gym - they have a peloton bike, nice treadmills, and some dumbbells and strength machines.

Bait & Switch and You’ll Hear Every Footstep
Look elsewhere if you’re looking for an apartment. Before we signed onto the apartment, we were told our place would have hardwood in the dining room but when we got here, we had carpet everywhere. (Not good when you have an infant in a high chair).
You will also hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbors. It sounds like banging on a metal trashcan lid and wakes us up in the middle of the night. We told management and we’re told they realized they had to repair the flooring padding, but 4 weeks later and we still hear stomping at all hours

I have absolutely loved living here. My apartment is newly updated and super cute. It has an amazing outdoor space with grills nearby The maintenance team has been great even with the covid mess. The leasing team has always been kind and fun. But most of all, Codi has been here since I moved in. She has always been helpful, kind, and on top of things! Glad to have found such a great place to live!

Absolute worst customer service of any residential management I've ever experienced (and I've lived in 10+ different apartments across the country). Although I really liked a couple people I spoke with (Tamara and Cody), the manager Gabriella is unfortunately not understanding at all. It probably has to do with the money hungry corporate management of Central Park through Trilogy Residential, so just warning you they may act nice at first but once you have issues with them beware! They are really money hungry and will turn on you!

Love love love living here. I've only been here for 2 1/2 months but I'm so glad I chose Central Park. The staff is very involved with residents which isn't a need but it really makes you feel like part of a community. At my last apartment I was constantly worried about my safety. However, i feel so safe here. The safest I've ever felt which is very important to me. It's close to everything. Within a 20 minute drive to anything you could want to do in the Columbus area. I live on the third floor and I have never heard any neighbors through the walls and everyone here seems

I lived there for a year. Here's the positive: The office staff are very nice; responsive maintenance; and my deposit was returned in full! Of course my apartment was spotless but still that was nice. The not so great: the apartments felt institutional and cramped on a busy freeway, many facing onto a 24 hour lit parking lot. The driveways are full of potholes and the landscape is shabby. If you want quiet, I recommend the one bedroom units where you may luck out with one neighbor or a quiet couple upstairs. My husband and I love this community. We moved in to the complex earlier this year. Moving to Columbus we went through so many apartments and Central Park was the one we ended up moving in to. First impressions were good. Clean, spacious apartments. Nice staff and quiet community. The location was good too. Now that we have lived here for almost a year and recently transferred apartments we love it even more. The staff is amazing, April, Codi, and Mara are great in the office. The maintenance team is great too. We absolutely love the location and community itself. They are always holding functions

Have been experiencing mold in our apartment because of humidity since June. We always turn our bathroom fans on and leave doors open. Spots keep turning up after maintenance comes in to clean them. Issue has still not been resolved. Our electric bill has increased since we have to use the dehumidifier often to keep it remotely comfortable. They offered us a $300 visa giftcard but that is not enough to cover the damages and inconvenience and stress this has put us through.

I've lived here about a month and have had nothing but a great experience living here. I relocated from the coast for work and Jessica was such a great and welcoming person and proved to be instrumental in my decision. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Codi and April, both extremely courteous, professional, welcoming and the entire team reaffirms my choice in living here. Just moved in recently, this is the first warm weekend to really enjoy all of the amenities! Our pool area is unique and beautiful! Such a gem in northern Columbus, easy access to everything! The lady,Chelsea, who works in the leasing office is so helpful with every little thing. I have to admit I wasn't sure about living in a complex like this but I'm glad I took the gamble it's great!

Very safe and diverse community. Close to Polaris and other emenities! Community Management is great. They respond to your issues promptly and organize events to keep everyone together. We moved into this community even without seeing the apartment while moving from Phoenix, AZ. But looks like that was the best decision we made. I would highly recommend this community. cheers!

Currently, I am a resident at Central Park Apartments and I've lived here for two years with my fiancé. We live in a great community and this apartment has been the perfect place to live for both of us. We live in a 1-bedroom apartment and pay around $858/per month (including laundry, taxes, sewage and water). We wanted to live in a nice neighborhood as well as be centrally located to the highways.
