First, I must emphasize that the staff was very good and performed their roles with the utmost professionalism and care.
My first and most important criticism: amenities - very poor for a building in such a prime location. Based on the number of amenities and their condition, an amenity fee over $100/year would be unjustifiable. So the waived amenity fee in this case is very much warranted - not just as a limited-time special but as an ongoing practice.
The pool table was in poor condition - the cloth is slow and the bumpers were dead. The only rooftop space was around the pool and was fairly

Our experience living at The Arris has been incredibly positive, most notably because of the staff who make living here such a great experience.

I've lived in Arris for nearly a year, and had a great experience. Aaron and Willie on the service/maintenance side have been very helpful and responsive- the apartment is well-appointed to the extent that maintenance needs are rare, but it gives us peace of mind that should anything go wrong, Arris has a great team on hand to tackle any issue.

The maintenance staff at Arris is great. Usually they'll come same day, and I've never had them tell me they couldn't help me right away. Recently, Aaron fixed something for me in moments, and in the past, Willie has been extra helpful, but there have been countless maintenance workers who have come to my rescue.

I love living here because of the Concierge and maintenance staff. They are amazing! Gwen, Maria, Terry, Willie, Aaron…but everyone that works here is wonderful. (Building mgmt demeanor is ehhh) but they do put on building events to try to get everyone together/giveaways to tenants. Everyone is very friendly and the community is very dog friendly.
They have been talking about putting up a gate for the garage for awhile now but no gate yet so there are break ins, vandalism, bikes either stolen or parts taken off of it.

Love our unit, love the location, love the rooftop. Miss Gwen and Terry at the front desk are great.
Not great - the leasing office. We've spent the last 12 months with leasing catching up to us with information we provided prior to move-in (i.e. we have a car, we have a dog).
Also not great- paying $225/month for a garage with no security that anyone can access from the street. This means you get to find your car 1) broken into (and they won't look for camera footage until the police contact them!) or 2) covered in soot because kids were playing with a fire extinguisher (???) in the garage.

NOTE: This review is for the excellent MAINTENANCE STAFF at the Arris, (not so much the management.) Literally within 24 hours of getting a ticket, the maintenance staff is on it and they're super fast, professional, and friendly. I can honestly say that the Arris maintenance staff are one of the biggest plusses of living in this building. Although the corporate management leaves a bit to be desired sometimes, the maintenance guys are FANTASTIC.
