It breaks my heart to write this review. I was really hoping to turn my experience at The Canyons around but, unfortunately, it was one fail after the other.
I moved in during the height of Covid. Upon arrival, the apartment was filthy, including what looked like dried milk stained down the side of a cabinet, dried egg on the floor, dog fur… everywhere, a broken cupboard, and a broken floorboard. A friend and I had to scrub the place top to bottom before bringing my stuff in. When the office sent someone to “redo” the cleaning, it entailed a broom and container of Clorox wipes

I have lived at The Canyons at Linda Vista Trail for almost a year. It is the happiest my daughter and I have ever been. The apartment is perfect in size for us with all new appliances. The location gives us the perfect view and the entire complex is clean and safe. We walk for exercise late at night and never feel scared or concerned with the complex being so well lit. The office staff is ALWAYS pleasant and willing to help. Linda Garcia is very pleasant and always willing to help me. She helped me so much during my move-in and after. Gina is very pleasant as well and friendly when I call. The

Really disappointed with this complex and would stay away for anyone looking. We have had numerous issues but most recently we were charged a $200 late fee for rent being 1 day outside the grace period. My fiance got COVID over the weekend and the grace period was over January 1st which is a national holiday. It's generally been a stressful couple days and I assumed having never been late on rent the front desk would be understanding. I called the front desk to ask for an exception as a tenant that has never been late on rent and was refused. Feels pretty heartless to have 0 flexibility even with

We have been looking at apartments in Oro Valley for my son and after touring a few, We went into The Canyons. They were so nice! The leasing agent named Gina showed us around the property and took time with us and made it feel like she really cared. We felt rushed at the other places. I really liked the one bedroom floor plan and it has a nice clubhouse and pool area. The next week we went back in so my son could fill out an application and Gina the leasing person was there and remembered our names when we walked in. It was a really easy process for my son and she helped him and took the time

I toured this property while looking for a place for my family and I to live in October. Gina was the name of the associate who helped me and she was great! She told us all about the property, all the amenities, explained why this location was great, and discussed all of the nearby restaurants in Oro Valley. She was kind, organized, and a pleasure to talk to. I even recommended one of my friends to live here, but told him to only work with Gina as she was great. I would highly recommend The Canyons and especially Gina!

I've lived here for almost 2 years and cannot express enough how much I have enjoyed the experience. It is a safe community, all appliances are still working almost 2 years later (with the exception of a few lightbulbs that needed replacing), and the views still amaze me everyday. Maintenance men and front office staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Knock on wood but we have not experienced one issue since moving in! This is definitely the nicest apartment complex you will find in Tucson.

This place is just amazing! We love everyone in the office, Especially Emma❤️. The maintenance gentleman are smart, kind and professional. My wife and I have always felt safe and secure. The local Amenities for the community are always clean and tidy. Perfect location for coffee, bakery and bar food and soon Mexican coming mid July!!!! Many many Thanks to everyone involved making our stay here for the past 2 years incredible. ❤️❤️ We're leaving only because of relocation to Texas for work.

We loved our stay for the last 2 years! Wonderful people all around. The staff in the office is absolutely amazing! Smart, helpful and kind. This complex is organized at every turn! Amenities are also very well kept. We fell in love with Emma and think the world of her. Thank you canyons for making our last 2 years amazing.

Emma, Angel, and the rest of the front office staff are very friendly and polite. We feel very comfortable approaching them with any issues or questions we may have about the Canyons. The maintenance crew is top notch in my book. We don't have many issues with our apartment but when something does come up, the crew is always there with a smile and a professional attitude. They are quick to repair anything in our place and we appreciate the work they do. Thank you for making our experience here a very pleasant one.
