Great community to live in. I've been here 2 years and never have a problem finding any free parking spots close to my unit. I have never had a problem with noise or loud neighbors. If there is ever any problem, maintenance is very quick to fix anything. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and care for their residents. I enjoy living here and would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I absolutely loved it here. Due to unforeseen circumstances with our employment situations this year we had to leave the state earlier than anticipated. We were so grateful for the way management worked with us. If we end up back in the area we would love to live here again. It’s got a great feel in a great location...we enjoyed walking to nearby Chamber’s Bay frequently. It’s a gated community which is nice with an overall good feel. All the staff we met were wonderful. We loved the apartment itself. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. Special memories here.
