Update after 3 years: I’ve been here since it’s opening and it’s honestly not a bad apartment, I just wish there was more parking for guest, the same few cars take up the future resident parking every night. Also, they could take more care of the breezeways and the chute room is constantly filled with trash (more of the residents fault) Also the rent also goes up in the middle of your lease just about every year so expect that. Other then that apartment is pretty good, but it does get noisy downstairs every now and then, there was a fight down there about 2 weeks ago.

I stopped by to get information for a two bedroom apartment, the person who gave me information i believe her name was Cindy was very professional and kind. i was really impressed by her excellent customer service and even though they did not had any availability i was really pleased with my experience.

I can honestly Nicole has been amazing. She really takes pride in her job. She is patience with the residents even if they give her a hard time. Since our initial contact last year she has been so helpful in my journey here at Lofts at Monroe. She even gives me insight community reasources. I missed her when she was on maternity leave, I'm so glad she is back.

Stay Clear of the Lofts of Monroe as you will notice all the good reviews were from a year or more ago when Vivian and her team was in the office. My nieces are currently leasers @ the apartments and I’ve had the experience of being a part of their experience prior to their mom passing in June and now after the apartments management changed. My… Neice car was towed on 1/12/21 from these apartments while being parked in another tenants parking spot with this tenants permission because the tenant is more like family and we run errands for her and she’s legally blind so she doesn

I have been living at the Lofts at Monroe since they opened in November of 2018. My first year here was excellent. Vivian in the office was and always is very pleasant and attentive to your needs. The maintenance and cleaning staff were always visible, very prompt, and kept the property up very well. After renewing my lease it seems as though they could care less about the upkeep of the property. The breezeways are filthy as they are no longer cleaning them weekly as they were in the past. The pet area often does not have waste bags and/or the waste is not emptied regularly and it reeks of animal
