The Avenues of Lakeshore is one of the best places in Birmingham to live. When they say they're a luxury apartment complex, they really mean it. The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet and safe, the maintenance staff is professional and super friendly, and the office staff blows it out of the park. Any time I have any issues, they have always helped me and just done an amazing job. I highly recommend living here!

I moved here outta town a couple months ago I was completely scared of the moving process and the fact I was moving from a new state and it was my first time being in Birmingham. I feel Shay was God sent she made the process so easy and was so professional. I have never had a better move in process. Shay I just would like to thank you so much. I asked can I buy her lunch to show my gratitude and she politely declined, she said she was just doing her job.The Avenues sure does have a winner!!

I can not say enough about how professional and kind SHAY has been through the entire process of applying and securing the apartment we needed. Our timeline was very short and she jumped on it. She was a true BLESSING to work with. SHAY...you are awesome!!! The Avenues of Lakeshore have found a treasure with her. I hope you stay a very long time.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Please don’t move to theses apartments they are literally the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in my car has been BROKEN INTO I’ve been woken up by GUNSHOTS it’s not safe the office staff does not care about the residents Jennifer the manager acts like a12 year old child that looks 65 she’s belittling and sarcastic. Maintenance is trash we had to start fixing our own problems. This apartment is more expensive then nicer areas like Hoover or Birmingham I urge you to save your money and find a better home

Worst community and fraud. They don’t refund your deposit despite the balance on account is $0.00
They find a way to make money, overcharge you and all they care is about money. I have gotten this from many other tenant as well. Service is pathetic. Be aware and be careful. I dealt with Chelsea who is unresponsive and doesn’t get back to you.

I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s been a blast the new staff is very nice especially Chelsie she's very cool and understanding. I also love the food trucks that come from time to time, we also got a new gate I love how they are always improving the property. I won't be leaving anytime soon.😊

I moved into this complex back in February. What ultimately drew me to the property, apart from the gorgeous layout and detailed upkeep, was the immaculate customer service! I was hooked when Amanda made sure that everything I was looking for was included during our showing and continued to check all the boxes. But today I wanted to just take a minute to brag on Ms. Jennifer. I called inquiring about a work order I put in early this morning and just wanted a follow up.
