This apartment is just fine. The staff is attentive & friendly for the most part. I lived in the Escalante for 7 months before having to break my lease because their was a pest issue that was unable to be resolved. I moved in early May - that night we saw bugs crawling on the wall & in the kitchen.
The management did everything they could to satisfy my needs but unfortunately could not control the roach situation. They made the move out process easy & it was a pleasant experience. I personally would never rent here again due to the inability to thoroughly inspect units before having a tenant sign

We have been in this community for over a year now. The staff here including the amazing maintenance guys and the informative office staff! E love that when there is an issue it is always addressed. They let you know they hear your concerns and they are working hard to resolve the issues! We love it so much we resigned our lease for another 18 months! Way to go guys!!

The rent is too high and the property cleanliness has been questionable for the past couple yesrs. When was the last time the outside and stairs in bldgs were powered washed? Not everyone is cleaning up after their pets. No upgrades done in the units with occupants. On a positive note the staff is very friendly and always helpful.

We loved here for a few months, and it was great. Kristin was so helpful every step of the way. Maintenance works quickly and responds fast!! They even came after hours when our AC broke. Upon move out we had small issue with our deposit, but they worked fast to get it resolved.. and again Kristin was so helpful and patient with us during this time. We would sign a lease here again!

I lived here for over 3 years. This is great, quite family-friendly complex and I loved having covered assigned parking. The location is great off West Bitters and not close to the street. I lived in building 15 near the back so I never had an issue with "extra" parking and always felt safe at night. The maintenance request were handled in a timely manner and front office staff was very nice. My reasons for moving were more preference to not have so much carpet anymore (toddler/dog) and be closer to my job but I was really sad to say goodbye.

I've lived here for just about a year and have been very thankful for my experience so far. I moved from out of state and Brandie was so great about communicating with me and making the move as stress free as possible. The leasing agents are very nice people and do their best to help you with anything that you need. The apartment complex itself is very nice. My biggest complaint is that we have a few (not many) residents who don't clean up after their dogs, however, that isn't anyone but the residents fault. This place is not as it appears, staff takes to long to fix things, snoops into your apartments, tries to tell you, how to live your life if they think your not up to their standard! Blames you if press them about theses issues. You can find better places so do your self a favor and look harder, before taking this place at face value all the picture are photo shopped. This property falling apart...

First of all, the parking situation is pretty good. There's the covered space that comes automatically with the apartment, but there's also plenty of spaces within reasonable walking distance if necessary.
Second of all, the apartments are dead silent. It is very rare that I hear the neighbors, whereas at my old apartment it was practically a daily event.

We have lived here for four years and only left due to a job relocation. Comfortable home in a great neighborhood and is conveniently situated atop a hill away from the main street. Never had problems with noisy neighbors - though there are always the raucous youths that enjoy themselves just a little too much a little too late into the night - but that's to be expected in just about any apartment complex. Overall I have loved living here.

My daughter and I have lived here about 6 months and it is a great location! Grounds is well kept and they are quick to respomd to any and all service request! The pool and the BBQ area are really pretty and relaxing!

was such a great help and made it all so easy! We drove intown on a Friday night
arrived late due to car trouble and he even gave us his personal phone number
so we could call him when we where close and he met us at the office signed
the lease and gave us our keys to the apartment!

So far, so good. For the price, and for the area, the size of my place is fantastic. I just moved in a little before the start of the month and I'm still getting used to how quiet the complex is. It's such a welcome change from where I was living previously.
I worked with Sharon G. during my move in and she was fantastic. She took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of the place and the apartment. When I expressed an interest in renting a washer and dryer set while I wait to get a new pair- she made the request as I watched and they were installed the next day.

I've lived here since about 2009. I think I'm on my 3rd lease now. I love this apartment and compared to others they are very helpful and I don't have any complaints. The office staff changes pretty often but that's normal with apartments. The only complaint I can think of is one time my A/C decided to turn the heat on by itself. I was no where near the thermostat. This happened right in the heat of the summer when we had 105 temps. The only way it would turn off was to switch the breaker off. Of course this happened after hours so I had to call the answering service twice to
