The mgmt at Reflections has been horrendous.
I co-signed a lease to help my wife qualify for her unit. Halfway through her lease we divorced. Reflections wouldn’t allow me to drop the contract since she would not be able to qualify on her own.
When the lease officially terminated, they changed the lease to a monthly contract and still kept me on even though I didn’t sign the new contract.
My now ex-spouse accrued $5,600 in unpaid rent. Reflections never notified me of this. I discovered the unpaid judgment when I was declined for a new place in Nevada.

I have been doing some apartment hunting lately and this apartment complex stands out above a lot of the other ones I’ve been to. The property is very clean and well maintained, the units are pretty spacious and the staff was pleasant to work with. Putting in an application here was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place!

We just moved here a few months ago and I’m very happy with maintenance response time and the work is completed promptly. I have to say I’m very impressed with Christina’s hard work around the complex she is always working hard , not only at my particular apartment but around the community. Cristina works hard cleaning the property too, I have seen her on her days off lifting the garbage lids and putting trash in. Thank you! For helping to make our community great 😊

My family and I have been here for 3 months now and it’s been great. We had some bumps at first but everything was always taken care of by the staff. Maintenance staff are #1, Christina is the very best at the job and always gets things done. Concerns are taken seriously by front office and they are always nice to talk to and keep the complex in order.

Reflections at the red mountain offers a wonder atmosphere right from the beginning. The Management Team is very helpful, professional and friendly, especially Benita. It’s also Pet friendly. I have lived here at Reflections for 30 + years and have seen many, many changes over the years. Some good, some not so good. Ive lived through many management teams, some good, some great and some not so great., even worse. Obviously, i love it here, it's my home. And through everything, there is one amazing constant and her name is Christine. She heads the maintenance crew and is amazing. From her Positive and friendly attitude to her knowledge of her job to her care and love for the residents, she makes All of us here feel safe and secure. She's my GO TO PERSON and I Love and trust her beyond

It was a rough start but the change of people at this location has completely changed. Front desk is always respectful and patient which truly makes a huge difference Veronica is a breath of fresh air. We had only one maintenance person for a while Christina. She is amazing but doing all the maintenance herself wasn’t realistic. They have a new person and his work is amazing as well. Carmen helped fix three things and it took less than ten minutes. Thank you all so very much makes me much happier to be here seeing the difference the staff is doing to bring the community up.

I recommend living here! I have been living here for roughly 7 months now, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. All maintenance requests are quickly resolved, and professionally. I have always had great experiences with the ladies in the office as well. Until I am ready to buy a house, this will be my home.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE DON’T MOVE HERE Even though I live here because I don’t have a choice we have had countless things wrong with our apartment air conditioning being out and having to stay in the model and it taking almost a month to fix. We still have a window that needs a new screen put on so bugs will stop coming in and we have been waiting… three months now for a new one to be put on and still hasn’t happened and now having roaches we have lived here for 8 years and never not once had a roach problem and now we do I don’t like this new management team I liked

My fiancé and I lived at Reflections back in 2016-2017 and we loved it, the office manager was named Becky. Took care of not only us but all of the residents. We came back this year of February because we loved it so much but there’s new management and it has been the worst experience of our lives. We would break the lease if we could. We have had… awful upstairs neighbors, since we are on the bottom floor, we hear constant banging, fighting, it sounds like they move furniture every day. Not only that but their dog will bark for hours on end. When we took it to the office there

I have lived here in 2016 and moved, then moved back just the beginning of this year! 2016 staff was a completely different staff & amazing to say the least. Then this time around the staff is very inconsiderate of certain things. We have complied with all the things to do a proper complaint, telling the office multiple times, sending emails that… get ignored. This issue is with my upstairs neighbors and the front office could Literally care less and this has been an ongoing issue for almost 4 months that has been brought to their attention over a dozen times via in person and over emails

We have been here 6 years. We moved across the country and this place has been home to my family. We have been happy here, But it’s true what they say, you outgrow your space quick.
