Beautifully situated between Pier Park and Highway 30A, and surrounded by restaurants & activities, Latitude 29 is the "Best Backyard on the Beach!"
We offer a small 36 unit condominium complex on the quiet western end of Panama City Beach that is family oriented. The pool area is surrounded by manicured grass with plenty of tables and chairs for your relaxation. We have a seawall area overlooking the beach that you will want to spend hours on just sitting, reading and watching the dolphins and maybe have a cocktail while watching the sun go down.

I have been coming to Latitude 29 for about 32 years. The only time we stayed somewhere else was when the Hurricane came through in 2018 the week we were supposed to be here, so we scrambled and found a place in Perdido Key.
This is the perfect place. On the beach. Nice pool beachside. Small development, no high rise unit’s around. Quieter than “in the heart” of PCB. Close enough to go to some of the really good restaurants down 30A (We love Havana’s at The Pearl in Rosemary Beach). Not far from restaurants closer in to the heart of PBC.
Let’s clear a few things up: No- not every unit

2 Stars only because of location, beach, and fond memories of the 2014 vacation spent here. The unit was supposed to have been "cleaned and sanitized" before our arrival. It was not. We were told it had been cleaned 2 days before we arrived; however, because of our dissatisfaction, it would be cleaned a second time. It was not. The Wall shelf in each bathroom had a layer of dust and fuzzy particles on them. Walking barefoot from the entry door to the door wall and back to the entry door, had the bottoms of our feet black and coated in sand. So we ended up cleaning the entire unit ourselves. We

I Don’t know why the old folks hate kids but my kids were harassed by the old folks who must think they own the entire property. Not to mention that guests have to do their laundry in the office but there is washers and dryers in every condominium, but you can’t use them. They only allow laundry in the office between the hours of 3 And 9 pm. Not my kind of place for a rental. I’ve never been treated like I was not welcome but this place is guaranteed to make you feel like you are not good enough to be there, even though it’s really old and lacking any amenities that I would call “nice”
