Visited this property looking for a friend to live there. Property shows well and is near Grocery store, Large public park, and elementary school, going to recommend they rent there when a nit comes available..

A place where I chose to call home 🏡. It's not just an complex it's a community where we can come together in a time of need! Very understanding and super helpful staff. A big bonus for being so close to shopping malls and being calm and quiet!

I spent a year here at this complex and have no complaints! The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time here but will only be relocating to be closer to my family/job.

For the past 3 years I have called oasis springs my home. Management truly cares about their tenants, and it actually feels like a community here. The way they have handled covid and this past storm, has been above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend living here !!!

This place cares more about their empty apartments than the ones they have occupied. They make you pay for pest control that you never receive you have to track them down to get it. You call about pest control and they say they’re spraying the empty apartments. I guess I’m paying for them to get more tenets but they can’t even keep the ones they have happy. My apartment has been 80 to 85° for a month they keep saying it’s getting fixed and no one is doing anything about it. In Texas heat you don’t wanna come home to 80 to 85° house ...don’t move here!

Man oh man these apartments are great. Management always attentive to both the property and the residents. Apartments look great, pool is nice, and there’s even resident events for the whole family to enjoy. Highly recommend this place!

The leasing management staff are very welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond when requests are submitted. I love everything about the complex, small, very quiet neighborhood on a main road. Bellaire Park and Elementary School are across the street. The location is near shopping and restaurants too. Reasonable price and great place to live.
