DO NOT MOVE HERE - On move out they are charging us with over 1,100 in charges. If you do move here protect yourself and take care to document EVERYTHING. I took too relaxed of an approach while living here and they are taking full advantage of the fact. I also paid over $1,000 to own a pet here for 15 months. After move out they ripped up our carpet stating "regardless of condition the carpet will be replaced because you have a pet". Apparently they cannot clean carpets. DO NOT MOVE HERE

A friend is currently looking for a place to live. They were explaining how they were selecting locations based off ratings. I decided to see what my complex was rated and saw a 3.8. As a happy resident of 4 yrs I decided to contribute as the location deserves a rating over 4. Staff is great the community is quite and pleasant, maintenance is quick and friendly and great location for middle school children. Oh I don't have a pet but it is a dog friendly location.
Hope this helps the next home seeker

If Nicole and her little cronies still work here, run. Not only was I given incorrect info about renewing my lease but when it came time to move she told me I could prepay for move out cleaning, witch I did. Then after I moved she made up tons of BS excuses to keep my deposit. One was a 'pet deodorizer' what? My apartment had laminate wood floors and the dog was not allowed I. The bedroom/ bathroom/ closet area. And had their $125 cleaning crew done their job what could there possibly be to "deodorize"?? Other things, when folks were so 'fake nice at the office. I know

The apartment complex it self is a great area and well kept I've been here for almost 4 years and through two management companies and neither one has ever seemed to care one bit about the parking situation for its residents.
They'll send out an email or two every so often if enough people make a fuss about it and then nothing. Even sending them a direct message they wont have the courtesy to answer you back, so if you want to pay a lot of money for frustration and a good view this is an excellent place to live.

A) There are VERY few visitor parking spots and I mean VERY few. New policy is to go to clubhouse when you know you are going to have a visitor and get a pass. All the kinks of the system haven’t been thought of properly or worked out because if you are not sure you are having a guest then you have one past office hours.... how are you supposed to get a pass? Or if you work where you leave before the clubhouse is open and arrive home after they’re closed M-F.... again kinks that weren’t thought of when making new ‘visitor pass’ rule. I appreciate the

I have experienced a lot of different things with this new management. When I first moved here four years ago they took care of everything from a battery in the fire alarm to air conditioning problems. Now in the present they make you pay for light bulbs $8, refrigerator filters $30, batteries $5, pet control billed on your rent statement each month we don't get but if you call you could possibly be placed on a list for service your automatically suppose to get when paying each month. Your car may be towed after being at a friends house for a hour. People certainly don't read signs when bringing

My fiance currently lives here and we stay there a lot. The only bad thing is the lack of visitor parking, as stated by others. My truck got towed a few months ago. The towing can seem inconsistent because we will see someone without a resident sticker parked for a while and be fine, but then other times they'll tow right away.
However, they have impressed me with the quick maintenance calls. Once we came home and the A/C unit was out and another time the toilet was clogged. Maintenance arrived within the hour both times on a Sunday.
Also, my fiance had a situation with her rent payment service

I've lived here for about 3 years, both before and after the management changed. The apartment itself was great from the beginning - big gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of nice touches, and very safe. Some of the construction is a bit cheap, but it's an apartment, not a luxury condo. Noise has always been a big problem, but that's more because many of the other residents are extremely inconsiderate - the person just below me has a large dog that they leave alone for hours every day and it barks constantly, other residents play very loud music, etc. A white noise generator has worked wonders

I'm a resident and just renewed my lease here. I like the property, my apartment and the location, but just want to bring awareness to some of the fees you will incur if you live here:
- $4.00 per month admin fee for a company to mail you a rent/utility invoice
- $4.95 per month if you pay your rent online
- $25.00 per month trash collection for a un-uniformed guy in a pick up truck to collect your trash (this used to be $10 per month)
- $3.00 - 8.00 each for light bulb replacements
- $35.00 to replace the refrigerator water filter
- $5.00 to replace the battery in your gate/key fob

We live there before and yes the women that work at the front desk seem to still be working there if you guys are all having the same dirty looks rude never call you back never respond to emails accuse you of crap you don't do and charge you for every Nick and cranny item and when you do complain about something it's your fault never judge a book by its cover the cover is nice but the people that maintain this place are a bunch unprofessional people.

Lease is up and we're outta here! Thank goodness! Spent only a year here and that's all it took to have us go rent someplace else. Property and apartments are nice, but....dealing with this staff is a chore! Some of the most unprofessional women I've ever dealt with (the asst mgr especially). Examples: billing errors that they refused to correct, rules that don't seem to apply to everyone, PARKING IS AWFUL! This property was built without sufficient parking and they tell you that you MUST park in your garage and not take up a space. The tow trucks are roaming the property almost

I was one of the first residents and loved it for the first two years. After the current management came in everything changed. The front office is rude and will lie to you so make sure you get everything in writing. The parking situation is horrible. If you have friends who come spend time with you, don't rent here. If you like having family visit, don't rent here. You will cost them money because they view towing as an additional revenue stream. The apartments are lovely but you pay the price in management changing rules on you with nearly no notice, a front office staff who views you

My sister-in-law stayed there for a couple of nights to help out friends who had a death in the family by watching their animals. When she went to leave she found her car was towed. She was heading back to OK and had to spend most of the day dealing with the office and locating her vehicle. Office was very slow to respond. When we went in to talk to them the regional manager couldn't be bothered to get out of the car and have a conversation. Said she had to get to a meeting and review financials. Zero customer service. Seems they only care about money not about people. They kept repeating

We lived in this apartment complex for one year. For the first 7 months, the grounds were clean, the pool was clear, the apartment was in really good shape, and maintenance always came quickly and was very efficient. The front office staff was helpful and treated me with respect, and there was a sense of community with monthly get-togethers and others being friendly in passing.
Then it was sold to a large company and it all went downhill from there. The new owners are obviously all about money and how to get more. Upon being sent our lease renewal, which increased the price of our apartment by

Ok.. The apartment is beautiful! Really nice and quiet in my building area. I hardly ever see any of my neighbors, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Very spacious one bedroom. I am thankful to have not seen any bugs, which I am terrified of. This was my first apartment ever and for the first one I liked it. BUT... Parking is absolutely horrible! For the money I'm paying, I should have my own parking spot. If you come home after 5PM, good luck in finding a parking spot. Management is blah. They hardly answer the phone or return voicemails. When I first moved in, which was April 2015

We had been in our apartment only four days when my truck was towed. It supposedly didn't have a parking sticker. When I showed them (the towing company) the parking sticker prominently placed on my windshield they revised their story to say the truck was improperly parked. What the? I was in a designated parking spot next to our apartment. When I went to management they said I was supposed to park in the driveway entrance to our garage. We were told we could park anywhere including the driveway entrance, not ONLY the driveway entrance. It cost me $290 to get my truck back. This is a common

I lived here for 8 months and could not wait to leave. The apartments themselves or nice, but the parking is atrocious. Many nights I would have to park three buildings away from my apartment, it gets to the point where you debate going out at night just because you know there will be no place to park after 10:00 PM. I can't stress enough how awful this is. The construction across the streets creates noise all day and night, and the staff seems friendly at first, but are not helpful in resolving any problems that might arise. Also no matter how much you clean your place you will end up paying

I have been a resident at Trinity Bell Gardens for 2 years. When I first moved in, I was the only person in my building. Staff was friendly, helpful and the property was quiet. Fast forward to June 2015 and I can not wait for my least to be up! Construction across the street near Bell Helicopter brings dust to the cars on a daily basis. If you do not have a garage, good luck keeping your car clean. Now that I have more neighbors, I have realized that the walls are thin. I can hear every fight my upstairs neighbors have. The worst part of the apartments is the lack of Parking space per residences

Great review Nat! i couldn't have said it any better. Vicky (the manager) is very rude and unhelpful. She gets very defensive instead of even pretending to address the problem. Parking is a big issue here. I have lived here for 2 years. I am moving out because there's no point paying good money for an apt and not having a place to put your car. PS. you get towed when you park somewhere you are not supposed to even though you dont have a choice and you are still parked on the property. Other than that, its a nice building, but not so great location.

My husband and I really loved this place but there was a staff member that ruined the whole experience for us. We met with a girl named Josie who signed us up.When she was somewhat standoffish I assumed it was because she may be new but it turns out she's just unprofessional. She never returned our calls when we called to check on our application and my husband had to drive over to their office to make sure our information was faxed although without him knowing she told me on the phone that she already faxed everything over. After she refused to let me speak with a manager I decided to just
