Don’t do it! We sent in $106 along with completed applications. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone we called. They claimed to have sent an email and to have called four times. We got no calls and no emails. These people are just crooks, don’t waste your money. If we could sue we would but it isn’t worth it for $106. I’m sure that’s what they bank on by stealing your money.

Called monday 10/25 at 2:13pm. After half a dozen calls and voice messages, a thug picks up the phone stating, with a heavy accent, that "right now we dont have any units available". I was asking him about the UPCOMING availablities as i am looking to rent asap and am currently in a hotel, He hung up on me and would not pick up any subsequent phone calls. Calls would not even go to voicemail which obviously means he was disconnecting them the minute he saw my number. So i tried calling from my other number, and lo and behold, the calls went to the automated answering machine. That is so unbecoming

The rent is too high for a place with no parking, constant plumbing issues, bugs & loud neighbors. Especially when management hardly returns phone calls or provides solutions to problems.
If you have a parking pass you still have to park on the street. The washers/dryers are a joke and most often are broken. I've never even touched the pool because whenever it's open it's filled with children. The buildings are old so some drawers, doors & windows are permanently broken.
My experience here was honestly a nightmare.
