Services
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

Lived here for 18 months and it was a pleasure. Zack and Brenda were exceptional in their jobs and were always available to help. I would have continued to make The Falls my home if I did not have to move. Well taken care of, beautiful interiors, and wonderful staff. If you're looking for a place to live, this should be your top contender.

I lived at the Falls for 2 years..1 year in the apartments and 1 year in the townhomes. I’d still live here if I could but I moved out of the area. The leasing office was always very caring & friendly. They knew me and my boyfriend by name and always cared to see how we were doing. Shoutout to Jen to being the best leasing agent ever! She made my first experience in an apartment a memorable one and I always felt like she truly cared. The leasing staff put on the best resident events!!! We met other people at the Falls which was very important for me being new to the area and it truly felt like

This place was my first apartment and words can’t describe how amazing it was. First of all shout out to Jennifer! She was the best leasing agent and was always there for me from the start to the end! She made living there like a vacation all the time and don’t forget the rest of the staff..they also were there for me when I needed anything. The summers were the best! Even the curtesy officer he was very squared away! I lived there for almost 3 years and the only reason I had to leave was for my job and if I didn’t have to leave I would still be there! I wish Jennifer was my leasing agent

I have been living here for about 6 months now and I come from out of state. The process of securing the apartment and all of the transactional items was very smooth all thanks to Jen. She made my process really simple and since living here the living environment here has been great not only for me but for my family. We moved into the Falls at Forsyth in February 2021 after years of apartment living, and I can honestly say this is my favorite apartment complex that I have ever lived in. These apartments are beautiful with unique accents and wonderful amenities. The gym is very nice, well equipped, and clean. The pool is pretty big and always well kept! The complex itself is quiet and clean despite being on the highway. I really enjoy living here and I look forward to our future years as Falls residents! Also, Deborah who works in the leasing office is amazing and very helpful!

Jennifer was most helpful with some tricky things due to a previous lease arrangement. She worked closely with me to ensure I’d be all set to move in upon exiting a prior place. She set the tone so perfectly for how my first 6 weeks here have gone, consistent communication and a real sense of community!

This is my third apartment in three years. Been disappointed with the last two. But this place has been a game changer! Jennifer has been so helpful with move-in, any questions I’ve had, and is so responsive. The complex itself is beautiful and kept up very well! Service team is quick. I actually use the amenities because they’re so neat and clean. Highly recommend.
If it wasn’t for Jennifer though, I probably would’ve chose somewhere else. And it would’ve been a huge mistake. She’s the best!
