EXCELLENT! haven’t done eye exams in a couple years now. I went into detail looking for the highest rated eye doctors in my area. This facility gave me the soonest appointment compared to other highly rated offices. Not only that the level of care that Doctor Galina provided was above my expectations. Maybe I’ve just had too many eye doctors that get you in and out of the door. He was extensive and made sure I knew the status of my eyes in a way I could understand. Definitely not switching eye doctors any time soon !

If there were 10 stars, I would give them. I experienced the best service. I went for glasses for my 3-year-old son and he threw some of his tantrums. and although I was calm I could not calm him down. and there was no need, they all came to him to try to calm him down, they came with candies, with cookies. finally he let himself carry one of them and she went and bought him snacks. I wanted to give them back the money and they weren't going to let me. It was something that had nothing to do with them and yet they were super nice and more with my son. That is priceless. for me, the best service

I recently went on my first visit here and what a wonderful experience. I usually hate going into offices as people these days are not to friendly and going into a new office gives me extreme anxiety. I chose this place because of the stellar reviews. I had to wait a while for the next available appointment but let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. EVERY single staff member in this office is truly top notch. It is hard to review this one. I have been to them before many years ago and Lou and the staff were always great. They now are in a new location which is more visible and set up nicely. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It is now Feb 2021 and my new insurance lists them. So far great but the response to me was, our first appt is in June. It must be nice to have so much business that you can turn away new people. I went elsewhere and my appt is in 2 days.

I was looking for a new place to buy new glasses and found this place through my insurance company. I can't say how pleased I was with the service I received. When I got my glasses I couldn't see through them. I figured I needed to get used to them, wore for two days and realized something was wrong went back where the Dr. examined my eyes and realized that there was a problem with my prescription. They took both pair of glasses back to redo them. I asked if it was possible for me to get my sunglasses before I left on vacation and they promised they would try and low and behold my sunglasses

I highly recommend eye magination! Between the doctor and the staff, you can't ask for better service! Every time I go in there they are so accommodating and you never feel rushed. They bend over backwards for you. I've been to many different places for my glasses and contacts and will be sticking with them!

Truly incredible! I used to work really close and a coworker of mine went to this wonderful crew for her glasses and contacts and they went above and beyond to help her find the right lenses for her including replacing them... twice! I moved further from them and went elsewhere and I was very unhappy with the service as well as the warranty care and they are a big name company.
