I cannot speak highly enough about Momentum Personal Training and Stacey Wilson. Both are absolutely amazing. Stacey knows your strengths and weaknesses...and knows how to build up both while making you love working out. It's crazy, but true! I have worked with different trainers over the past few years and none of them have been able to get results that I have in one year with Jeff. He is the most knowledgeable, energetic and dedicated trainers I have ever met. 20lbs down and 10 to go! Going to his studio several times each week is something I look forward to.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2014 and ALS in 2016 by Johns Hopkins. I started with Stacey in August 2016 walking with a cane and after several falls. my prognosis was that I would always need a cane and would more than likely progress to a walker. It is the first of December and I have not fallen since starting with Stacey. I do not use a cane and can actually step up on an 18 inch step with no assistance . Thank you Stacey and Momentum for making my life livable again.

Jeff at Momentum is an awesome trainer. My biggest fear before starting with a personal trainer was that it would be to hard or I wouldn't like it but that is no longer the case. Jeff keeps me motivated and helps me to stay focused. Jeff helped me to reach my weight goals and then some. He taught me so much about nutrition, cardio and weight lifting. He is fun to train with and keeps me laughing. I would totally recommend him to anyone wanting to get in shape and succeed at their fitness goals!!

Jeff and the staff of Momentum helped me gain fifteen pounds of muscle in a little under a year. The team was there to answer any questions, instruct me on proper form, and as a "life coach" when things got hard. If you are serious about fitness goals I would highly suggest going in to meet with the team.
