Customer service was good, first day I arrived I'm yelled at to call 911 someone's not Breathing because he was over dosing.also the hotel is old, don't look like they don't change the linens much, t.v. channel were limited and poor quality, WiFi cut out, and mostly would be for last choice or no choice

My wife, daughter and I were thrilled to have arrived at this hotel after a long day in the sun. We were ready to get in our room and relax next to the pool. When checking in we found that 2 and only 2 people were allowed to a room per the policy here. Not really given any explanation, except that ONLY 2 per room. We found we would need to purchase 3 rooms for the 3 of us to stay. Reading down in the reviews we see that others have had the same problem. One explanation apparently is that it's due to covid. First off, we really need to stop allowing the service/hotel industry to blame Covid on everything

Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Tried to check in with my husband and baby. We were turned away because we had more than two people and their rule is they only allow 2 people to a room, even one with two beds. The owner/manager said, "Doesn't matter if it is a baby, a kid, whatever." So apparently families are not welcome here. The owner/manager was extremely rude. The customer service we received is some of the worst I have ever experienced in my life and I was honestly shocked. The I've stayed at other Budget Inns and this one was by far, the worst I've ever stayed in. I even went to a Walgreens to get Lysol spray because I felt like I was staying in a garage bin. When we got to the office to check it, the guy at the desk acted like we were disturbing him and acted like he didn't know we had a reservation. Then after we finally get check in, we go to the room and it smells like smoke. I didn't request a smoking room. I have my 4 year old daughter with us. This is a dump! The maid service sign was covered in dirt and/or bug guts. The couches were stained. There was conduit running through the walls. There was a very old microwave. The bathroom ceiling was in disrepair. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Holes in the wall. No cable either, just over-the-air TV. It was terrible!

I stayed here on the night of 05/28/16 from the Internet pictures it looked ok but, from that point it was all downhill. On my way to my nonsmoking room I walked past cars in various stages of disrepair, passing by young people that were smoking,drinking. and appeared to be long term residents All,Were watching me unload my car with obvious interest .
Upon inspection of my room there wereI no working lights in the front room, so I left the front door Open for the light so I could find my way to the bath, where there was a working light , so looking around , I saw the ceiling had a 9 ft long hole

My brother and I stayed here on 1/7/16, we flew into Fort Myers late, and I had booked a room here ahead of time to be near the downtown area. We arrived late, 2am roughly, and the 24 hr front desk held true, after banging on the door and ringing the bell for 10 minutes.
Once the Scooby doo villian looking curater took a long look at the clock he eventually opened the door. I'd like to say he was polite, but that would be a lie, he was rude, sleepy and unable to find our reservation in the stack of hand written scrap paper notes. With persuasion he honored the internet price of $84. He

I get it. It's a budget inn. It's cheap and expectations should be adjusted accordingly.
But the elderly gentleman who greeted me at the desk seemed to have zero gift or training for dealing with the public. When I walked in he was picking his nose and watching television. When he sneezed (after removing the aforesaid finger from his nostril) I said "bless you", and he muttered "yup". When he finally tried to engage with me, it wasn't about my stay or my needs but rather to comment on what the actors were saying on the TV show.

What a charming garden ambience! This little find has a home garden, peaceful, with serene spiritual sculptures and large ceramic urns with plants. Male clerk with gray hair that checked us in was not happy that we interrupted him. Did not say hello, thank you, welcome anything. Did not ask for our room preference and was perturbed that I asked for a king size bed and he had to change what he had selected.
