At Loudoun Pilates, we believe that movement is medicine. Our passion is teaching movement through the traditions of the Pilates method while we educate our clients on proper techniques that change their lives. Pilates will change you. Let us show you how. Loudoun Pilates is a bright, spacious studio fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Miscellaneous equipment including small barrels, spine correctors, foam rollers, magic circles, balls, support pillows, and more. In addition to our main equipment room, we also have a large, open room for our mat Pilates classes.
Each of our comprehensively trained teachers bring their own distinctive experiences, expertise, and personality to every session. We go beyond teaching 'exercises' and focus on helping our clients understand their unique bodies through movement. Regardless of age or experience, our team is committed to guiding you to reach your specific goals.
Pilates is a series of coordinated exercises with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and controlled movements. By combining deep core strengthening exercises with proper movement patterns, Pilates creates strength while also improving flexibility and balance. Pilates is suitable for all clients regardless of age, ability, or experience.
At Loudoun Pilates, we offer several ways for new students to get started, regardless of experience. The best way for new students to get started is to purchase one of our Introduction Packages. Although we do not require new students to purchase an Introduction Package, we strongly recommend it so that every client can benefit from the 1-on-1 instruction provided.

I have been going to Loudoun Pilates for years. Amy has helped me through many back, shoulder and wrist problems. I have gotten so much stronger under her guidance. Amy and all the instructors are so attentive and make sure that we are doing the exercises correctly. I recommend Loudoun Pilates to all my friends or anyone who wants to get or stay healthy. The atmosphere is upbeat and enjoyable. I look forward to my pilates sessions twice a week.
