These have been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The breezeways never were powered washed. The inside of the apartment always smelled like mold or mildew. No matter how many candles I burned and plug ins I had, it always had a bad smell. The plumbing under the bathroom sink and kitchen sink smelled horrible. The garbage disposable was horrible and dirty. I put ice, bleach, and vinegar to clean it and it never took away the smell or dirt. It was a renovated unit and they literally threw it together. They painted over cabinets that were damaged. Highly not recommended !!

At the time my boyfriend and I stayed here (a year ago in October) I was 7 months pregnant. We got kicked out bc of a nosey neighbor. It has been said that that resident has done that numerous of times and always gets people kicked out and Latavia Freeman agrees with this bc that resident has been there for years. We had only been there a couple weeks and noticed leaks when it rained and also near the AC unit. The maintenance man had been to our apartment numerous of times and the problems still weren’t fixed (he was very helpful though). There was no hot water for days so we had to go to a family

This is the absolute worse apartment I've ever stayed in. I've been here 4 yrs and each yr the property manager is worse than the yr before., With this one being the worse ever‼️ I'm convinced this place is called Waterford for the constant leaks. I've been flooded 3 times in 4 yrs. My toilets leaked for over a year causing my water bill to sky rocket. There was a recent repair done in my home and there was a wall left open with an abundance of flies coming out. The flies are so bad I'm sleeping in my car until Monday Morning when these people return on the property. Today is Father's day and

Our walk through was over the top. To know that they pick up the garbage bags when placed at the front door was unbelievable.😳

The apartments have mold growing around the windows, bathrooms and there was a leak that caused mold on the wall in the kitchen that maintenance just painted over.
I reported and issue with the floor and the tech just applied glue that oozed through the cracks.
Was told it newly renovated that was a joke. Spray painted cabinets, horrible texture on the counters.
In the back of the complex there is constant drug dealing making it very unsafe to be out alone with all the random traffic.
People do not clean up after their animals.
