We hired Top Notch Home Inspectors to conduct a pre-dry and final inspection for us on our new build. Dustin was extremely helpful in explaining to us what their inspection process is, what they cover; what they look at ;he helped us ensure we picked the best solution. Never made me feel silly or dumb for asking questions about the process he was patience and detailed. He worked with the builder to get all approvals squared right away there was no delay - he communicated very well with check ins with the builder and I checking on status. As the day got closer for the pre-drywall he checked in to

Very informative and professional. As a retired veteran, I recommend Top Notch Home Inspector. The follow up inspection report is very detailed with outstanding references. Inspector Dustin Bland was helpful in providing great analysis on home structural improvements as well as identifying discrepancies that prevents the success of maintaining the integrity of the home. A retirement home is important and Top Notch Inspector believes that as well.

Our homeowners insurance wanted to drop us unless we got a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation survey. We called Top Notch, spoke to Dustin and got an appt for less than a week later. Dustin called before arriving and was right on time! He was very thorough during the inspection process. And I got my inspection reports by the end of the day. If you're in need of a detailed inspection of any kind, Top Notch is the place to call!

The inspection was nothing less than stellar! It was so detailed! The photos were labeled to show exactly what the report was describing. The turnaround time surpassed my expectations. I have no complaints and would definitely use them again if needed and will most certainly refer others. Nothing but good things to say. The inspector left tips for a final walk-through and stated if we have any questions to not hesitate to ask.

Dustin came over to our house right on time and was extremely professional, personable, and dedicated to his work. He was extremely thorough and we can tell he truly checked everything. When we first bought the house, we used a different inspector that went way too quickly and missed many things that Top Notch caught, nice and right before our home warranty expired! If we are still in the area next time we need an inspection done, we would no doubt go with Top Notch again. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for and Dustin with Top Notch is the best! We are buying a 100 year old home, by far the oldest home I've bought. Dustin put me at ease and provided some very solid advice and a very thorough inspection along with great photos, a detailed report and 360 degree videos of the home. Dustin is very personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I called the following day to ask some additional questions ... all of which were answered completely.
