Thank you for visiting Reliant's website and taking time to discover all that our credit union has to offer-starting with outstanding member service. We are proud of our staff's commitment to meeting our members' needs each and every day. When you stop into a branch or contact our call center, our highly trained member services team will take the time to assist you, answer your questions, and offer you solutions.
Immediate family and household members of eligible individuals are also welcome to join. Immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren, including step and adoptive relationships. It does not include in-law relationships. Businesses and other legal entities headquartered in these counties can also open accounts at Reliant.
It looks like there weren't any search parameters in the locations search field. As a Reliant member, you can do your banking at more than 5,000 branches around the country, with more than 70 locations in the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse areas alone. Even when you're far from a Reliant location, you can walk into any credit union in our shared branching network and receive personal, face-to-face service.
Penalty may apply for early withdrawal. For Investor and IRA certificates, the early withdrawal penalty depends on the term of the certificate. For terms of 12 months or less, the penalty is 90 days dividends; for terms greater than 12 months, the penalty is 180 days dividends. Fees may reduce earnings.

I found them to be very bias, i am a single independent minded MALE which
apparently makes them feel uncomfortable. yesterday they refused me service. I went back the same day with my daughter and they apologized
but offered no way of making it right.
All i asked for was a notary for a health care proxy. The answer i received was "i can't." This happened on October-06-2021, at Reliant FCU in Newark, New York

I have never been more pleased with a financial institution. I have been a member of Reliant since moving to New York in 2013. The customer service has always been top notch and the loan officers have been extremely easy to work with. I will be recommending them to my daughter when she moves her next year.
