The best way to start. Our introductory membership is a one-month, unlimited membership designed to kickstart your path to health, strength, and happiness. You will receive personalized attention as you begin to learn the series, one free guest pass, and the option to join a complimentary "Bikram Basics" class, a crash-course into everything you need to know to begin and an opportunity to clarify any questions you may have about the practice.
We pride oursleves in providing you with a clean, friendly place to come to practice. All of our instuctors have many years of experiencing both practicing and teaching, and it shows. Every class you take will inspire you with the same standard of teaching daily, 23 times a week. This was my first experience with hot yoga, let me just say you need to try it out.
Isi has practiced Bikram Yoga for more than nine years. She believes that this practice brings maximum peace and tranquility into her life, and hopes to bring this into the lives of the students she teaches. What attracted her to the practice was the high level of personal discipline she began to develop as a result of beginning Bikram Yoga, as well as the mental clarity it provided her.
People have talked about it for decades. Bikram Yoga works. From type-2 diabetes to obesity, depression to insomnia, people have accredited their healing and renewed sense of wellbeing to the practice of Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga. While it is hard to separate the heat from the practice of Bikram Yoga, today we are going to look at some of the physiological benefits that just the heat provides.

The owners of Bikram Yoga in Folsom are super sweet and seem to really care about their clients’ health and well being. They give great guidance when needed and their classes are always awesome!!! Their studio is always super clean and sanitized. I love this place!

I practiced at this studio for two years, the whole team of instructors are extremely affable and kind. Ryan and Izzy go above and beyond with taking care of the place. The heat and sequence is specially great for anyone trying to establish themselves post an injury. Go here, it'll be hard but you will not regret it!

Bikram Yoga in Folsom is like pressing up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, B, A, START on your dexterity and mobility game. One of the hardest most rewarding classes I’ve ever done across any sport/workout/gym I’ve been to. Staff are friendly and accommodating to everyone’s needs as each class is up to the individual and what they put it. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a challenge or to improve on their overall health!

One of the things I love about this studio is the support. No matter where I am in my practice that day, the teachers are extremely supportive, uplifting and inspiring. There is ONLY good energy in this studio. I am grateful to be a member of Bikram Yoga Folsom. I want to say one more thing: Ryan and Isidora are committed to Bikram Yoga and the teachers who went through the rigorous training. I love that! I have heard the training is really intense and cost much money. So we are lucky to have professionally trained teachers who guide us in this healing form of Yoga right here in Folsom, Ca!!!

Izzy and Ryan are AWESOME and welcome you with a warm hello when you walk in. The teachers are fun, experienced, compassionate and provide supportive instruction which makes the 90 minutes more bearable. After practicing 10 years, I always learn something new 🙏🏼
I’m so appreciative to have a Bikram studio so close to my house! The facilities are clean 💯 and have yummy kombucha on tap (if that’s your thing).

It makes me sad to read that some people feel that the vibe here isn't welcoming. I am in my second week of classes, Everyone has been so kind and helpful and have really gone the extra step to make sure that I feel comfortable. The studio is very clean and well maintained. Give it a try and make up your own mind
