Keller Investment Properties have been the worse management offices yet to date. My fire and burglary alarm both went off and no one notified me there was an inspection so now I have the police being dispatched to check. I was told we were notified on our Community Portal and email but I never got an email and I don't check my Portal account every day. I will be informing Keller Investment Properties as well.

Military folks: Others have already expressed negative experiences in the reviews. The location is awesome. If you are fan of Dodge Challengers, you'll be in great company with the rest of the complex. Also, the maintenance personnel and leasing agent are cool peeps. The biggest gripe as I PCS from this place is I went the month of July with AC outages. The property manager has yet to respond to a rent dispute regarding two nights my family stayed in hotel due to the AC being out after a half-mesured fix before the unit was replaced less than a week later. Dodge chargers constant rev of the engines then go out on centennial and drag race. Asked the cops to ticket them. Cops said ask your management to stop it!
Issues on move in but on move out I get to pay for it.
Job changes oh you have to give a 60 day move out. Yup law is 30 days but here nope
Management team you will get the first impression " your lucky your allowed to live here!".
Anything wrong with your car Tow company tags it with a sticker that doesn't come off. Oh you want your car back? You have to fix what was wrong before you get it back
Lower tent had a drum set. Yup midnight

Been living here for almost a year now and we shouldn't have moved here. We were attracted by the large spaces, but we moved in with problems. We had a refrigerator that had a freezer that blew hot air. It took them three days to provide us a microwave. The shower has a mold problem. With a terrible sewage smell when showering. The new property manager is very condescending when addressing with the apartment. As if she could careless.

We were told this apartment had been vacant for two months and there was also more than a weeks notice of our arrival. There was an ample amount of time provided for this apartment to meet health standards and meet the criteria for being “move-in ready”.All the windows were open with no screens allowing dust and bugs into the apartment. All surfaces were not cleaned, there was dust covering everything and hair as well. The dishwasher had food and other residue in it, the filter was also full of mold. My family and I moved to Las Vegas from Iowa just over four months ago. We began our search prior to our move and from day one Estrella was extremely helpful! We were able to go through the majority of the application process while out of state. We got into town two days before Christmas and we were welcomed with open arms! Nuri the office manager was friendly and an amazing resource for us. Due to the time of the year we had to wait until the next business day to get our utilities turned on. Best experience ever!!! I moved here in December. There were a couple of items that needed to be repaired in my home and Nuri made it happen ASAP. Did I mention the neat and clean community? This place is amazing. Estrella's customer service is superb. I will be recommending Joshua Hills to family and friends.
