No one EVER picks up the phone. EVER!! Had to call a corporate number just to speak to someone. I'm seriously calling the better business bureau because I was told to apply with cost be 85$ And then pay 300$ to be put on a waitlist. Now after several emails I can't get a response and corporate just keeps saying someone will call me back. At this point I want my money back and I don't even want to live there. How would I contact management for an emergency?? Very unprofessional.

I moved out because we had to stay out of state for a few months at the time and couldn't afford to pay rent while we were gone. But when we ived there for almost 8 years, I really enjoyed it. They always kept up with maintenance and pest control. Karla from the office was very nice and helpful. Our neighbors were all friendly. I didn't have any problems at all except internet was a little too pricey. Highly recommended.

I have been here three months and I am SO impressed with the maintenance crew as well as the the people wo live here. The maintenance men are so good at there job and so kind and personable. I am so happy to be here. Thank you Concord Management for a wonder staff and a great place to call home.
I lived here back in 2007 and I am back, I enjoyed it when I was here then and it really seems so much better now. The front office staff is great. There wasn't a time in my process of coming back that Concord Management team or the lady at the front office didn't answer all my questions

I applied for an apartment in October 2020 online because the leasing office was closed die to covid and no-one ever answers the phone. I was approved but no apartments were available for the time I requested. I paid the application fee plus a $200 holding fee, I had no access to my application after I submitted it. The fine print said I could be refunded the $200 if no apartments were available. I called the leasing office u til I finally got someone. They told me I couldnt get my money back until January came up and there were no apartments available. I waited till January noone called so I call

I've been a resident of Concord a good chunk of my life. 1 community in Sanford and 2 communities in Oviedo.
So I knew that when I moved into Mystic that I would love my stay... They take such pride in their property, take maintenance request seriously, and make many processes super easy like lease renewals, for example.
I know that if I were to move to a new city, I would definitely look for a Concord community as a first resort.
