Moved into this residence around June timeframe, don't really have many gripes but I can tell you my experience so far:
Biggest complaint is that the walls are very thin. You can easily hear a conversation from your neighbors above you at any point or even them walking around their apartment. I have a two year old child that lives above me and it was quite the problem until I actually met the family and explained them the problem I was having. I made several complaints to the front office and although they were calling/ letting the residents know the problem, they thought the best solution would

This place is a hidden gem! I have lived here for a couple months, and it's been perfect. I didn't know what to expect, I couldn't be any happier. Every staff member is helpful, considerate, and friendly, and most of the residents are willing to say hello and are considerate, as well. Special thanks to Shahlla, the property manager for helping me with all my questions and concerns.
Cross roads apartments has provided me with a great experience so far. Great amenities and a lovely, quiet living community. The building itself is gorgeous with units you can really tailor to your sense of space. I

This is a warning to anyone interested in moving in, do not. The on site management is a joke here and the parking policy is the cherry on top. From forgetting to send important timely paperwork to adding discounts for active duty, things seem to consistently fall between the cracks. Not to mention our vehicles have been towed twice within a 3 month period… The policy is catered around keeping unwanted parked cars in the complex when there is a mall sized parking lot next door. Makes having visitors or family over impossible due to there only being 15 visitor parking spaces for the entire complex

This place is not luxury at all. There is plenty of other apartments that are much better and equipped with the proper essentials that are not the minimum. Be ready to pay luxury prices for regular compared to around the Spotsy area.
Things in your unit are going to be cheap and not worth the price you are paying rent for. Rules are constantly being tacked on during your lease as well. Everything about these apartments were rushed and corners were cut.
Air Conditioning units are faulty, cheap, and your HVAC unit is outdoors not properly sealed.
I feel the maintenance crew is short manned and

Worried about cops ticketing you for an expired inspection? Don’t worry, Crossroads will do it for you. I had covid and was at home for 2 weeks and unable to get the inspection done in time. Thankfully my first week out I saw the ticket otherwise I had a 48hr notice to get it fixed or it would be towed. They love to enforce all these rules expect residents leaving trash outside their suites to stink up the hallways. I hope their using the extra revenue to fix the elevator when it breaks down for a week or more. Or using the extra revenue to improve the amenities as rent goes up about $150/mo

Location is great, community is quiet and clean, energy efficient, with competitive pricing... but the parking policy, DNA testing of pets, essentially no access to amenities outside of business hours—or ones that weren’t even built yet or didn’t function correctly (aka a non existent car washing station, Amazon Hub that wasn’t even registered to show up correctly on Amazon, pool that wasn’t built until July—and didn’t even open up until late September by “appointment only” it got to be too much.

I'm here VISITING to take care of someone that had surgery. They towed my car and had to pay $185.00 to get my car back. Granted they DO have a parking policy that says we should have parked in a visitor parking spot, but there's no signs to show where they are? Only on the pavement. The parking lot is 75% empty at any given time so I parked away from the house so not to disturb anyone. PS. if I showed up today how would I know where to park with 3" of snow on the ground.

Just signed a lease and have started the move in process. everything took way less than 1 mo to do everything, in the middle of the pandemic! one thing I wish I got was a tour so I know where everything is, which hopefully someone can. Kadie, I know I annoyed you girlfriend but you helped me so much! thanks to the wonderful crew here to these beautiful apartments!
