Went here today (7/8/2021) to receive information on apartments. I did not catch the name of the lady who was working but she came off very rude and seemed very judgmental when I told I am a full time student and would be signing with a guarantor. She didn’t bother to invite me in the office to sit down and talk about rates or amenities. The whole time I talked to her through the door way and when I wanted to ask a few more questions she went back to the desk and sat down acting like it was such an inconvenience for her. She hesitantly gave me an application before returning to her desk and did

**Beware ** Management will enter your appartment without notice!!! When I first got the apartment I thought it was nice. But then when you start living here you find out the walls are really thin. There is not a lot of parking because the neighbor runs a business where he buys and sells cars and the 8+ cars he has just sit there taking up space.
So besides Big foot stomping around all hours of the day and night, and not having places to park it's ok.
Also if your handicap and need a handicap parking they don't enforce that so anyone and everyone parks there.

It is a great place to live. The apartments are big and spacious. Our manager Candy is wonderful. She always gets things done. She is very caring and compassionate. She makes sure the apartment rules are followed. The outside is clean and quiet especially at night. We have a police officer who lives on site. Our maintenance man makes sure our… units are well maintained. I usually have things fixed the same day.
We have community meetings because our input is important here. We have back to school parties with help with school supplies for our kids, a computer room and different activities
