Honestly they shouldn’t steal equipment and then avoid the person being charged for them stealing. My friend has been gone for months. Every time she got a hold of them. They’ll lie saying they will turn the equipment in then it went to the guy that gave the equipment has it. Then they just ignored her. I saw the reviews before about how they were crooked and tried warning my friends about this sterling king apartment.

I recently was apartment shopping and I came across Sterling King and met Christy. She showed me around the property and showed me all the features that Sterling King has to offer. I have now lived here for the past month and I am so happy with my decision to move here. The office staff made the transition super easy and seamless. The maintenance team also came immediately when I forgot my key and locked myself out of the apartment. Highly recommend!

Lived here in 2018 moved out December 1st 2018, and during that time my car got broken into and towed twice breaking axles. They had a camera point right at my car when it got broken into I asked to see the footage, they said that they don’t work they are just for show, and now in aug of 2020 I’m getting collection calls for a unpaid amount. They said I owe $150 for cleaning fees and $400 for carpet. In a one bedroom 800 square foot apartment. There was one room that had carpet it was like 10x10 room. I gave them a deposit now two years later they want more money.

Management will not be honest when moving in the place. They just want to make money off of any and everything that they possibly can. They take forever to come fix something. You pay for amenities that you dont get to use. And unless you get it in writing you will never get them to honor anything. This is the last place you want to stay. It is overpriced and the hallway always smells of trash and Fabuloso. I would live in a Motel 8 vs. staying here.

DON'T RENT HERE!! Sterling King Apartments were soooo shady. They don't even deserve one star. They charged my family member over $700 for "damages". These so called "damages" were dirty cabinets, unpolished bathroom sink fixtures, dirty floor, dirty lint trap, painting charges for normal wear and tear, scratched window, dusty utility closet door,… etc. None of these cleaning requirements were included in their lease and some of the "damages" were already listed on the pre-inspection move in documents. They also wouldn't let them go to the walk through inspection with them after they moved

I loved living here until the move out process. They charged me for items that were unwarranted, sent me photographs which didn’t prove their charges, and have refused my multiple requests to speak to a manager. Up until this point I would have given them rave reviews, but the unwarranted charges and refusal to address my complaint are unacceptable.

Loved living here! Moving back to the area for a job offer and honestly wish this was closer to where I'll be working. It's pricey, but very comfortable. Great staff. Nicole at the front office is an angel. She and her husband helped my wife out during an emergency when I wasn't home. The staff here was so helpful and so kind and compassionate.
