Would leave 0 stars if possible. I have lived in many other complexes in the area, this is by far the worst. My vehicles have been hit more than once and the office doesn't care, other residents park horribly either right on top of you or just take 2 spots, the parking lot is riddled with pot holes and floods pretty bad when it sprinkles outside. Roaches have completely infested the walls, the AC unit is older than me and struggles to cool when its hot outside, they'll charge you for every package you get, not exactly sure why this place is just as expensive as other complexes, when there isn't

My son moved in beginning of August, after having his move in date changed several times because the prior tenant had not moved out yet. Live ROACHES everywhere. Pest control is part of the lease agreement. Office has been called multiples times to treat. This place wants to charge him $185 dollars to fumigate. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!

If I could rate a 0 I would. This apartment complex does NOT honor pre-leases!!! As they nonchalantly state that if the occupying tenant decides to change their mind about moving at ANYTIME (including the day before!!!) they can, and you're left with only the options of refund or put your pre-lease on another unit. When I asked what if that person changes their mind, I was VERY rudely told "we would have this same conversation or either refund or another unit if available". Get this the unit they "offered" to us was more than $400 more than one we signed for!!! Basically do not waste your time

I went to look at an apartment to day and was greeted with the most pleasant leasing person I have ever had give me a tour of the apartments. She had answers to all my questions and informed me of other information that I didn't even think to ask. I really appreciated Nina showing me around today and making me feel comfortable while touring your complex. I will definitely be back to show my family the unit I saw.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. We thought we found the perfect place. Most importantly because my son is in a special needs program, and has to stay within the school district. We signed a lease on July 19, with the move in date on October 15 for $850. We were extremely excited after being approved and signing the lease and sending the necessary security deposits. We already told all our family and friends about planning a housewarming party, we have even been furniture shopping and our son is very happy to finally have his own room. We already gave my current apartment

I was having an email conversation with a nice lady that works in the office, I won't name names. I got all the information I was looking for I even made a point to get exact extra fees and what rent would really be. I know of an exact unit I'm looking into. I make an appointment for a tour. I arrive first thing I'm "greeted" to is a voice in an office saying she'll be right with us. Twice. It was only a minute but it was not a good first impression. You cannot get up and greet future residents? Introduce yourself? Then tell us you need a minute. Let us feel welcome and like you want our business

They need to at least drop my fee from my credit.
Tenant vandalized my vehicle and told lies to the police having me arrested.
Charges were all dropped, it was the 2nd time the tenant lied about me to police.
I spent 5 grand in lawyer fees and was arrested from my home. I was released naked at 3 am in downtown Houston. I had tried to get the manager to do something about him vandalizing my car (he 3 separately times left long scratch marks on it) they wouldn't since there wasn't proof.
But I don't have enemies, I never even did anything to him. He is just a wacko.

I really enjoyed living at this complex Harbour Point Apt. Gina and Karen had responded to my request very quickly and have gotten the job done. I appreciate the customer services they give me when I walk in the office. They are helpful of what ever you need. Thanks you guys for looking out the us that rent from you guys.

Been living here since March of 2020. I love my unit. very quiet at night. The office staff Raquel, Andrea and Erica make a way to go above and beyond to get any issue resolved with their residents in a timely manner. i would highly recommend any who is looking for a great community, school district, and fast commute to the mall etc. Harbour Point would be the place for you to call home.
