This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.

I want to thank parklane apartments for their great service!! The maintenance team (Juan & Alex) are amazing always willing to help when ever I had an issue in my unit ! The ladies in the office (Jacy & Walesis) are super kind and professional, I'm very pleased with the customer service they gave me ! I definitely recommend parklane apartments!!

Today I received a paper letting residents know that the pool area is not rented for parties or any types of events but I personally saw Juan ( one of the maintenance worker ) his family and all this women working in the office hosting birthdays parties during the all summer. It doesn’t make sense at all. Parklane apartment Gaithersburg workers are a joke . Owners should be more aware the people that you are hiring. I swear to God that the only person that really does his job is Alex.

I used to like to live in this place but since new management took place this apartments complex are a disaster . They are not professional at all and maintance and people working in the office always giving people attitude because they are so lazy to get their job done .
1- Our kitchen stop working and maintance gave us a old kitchen from another apartment and since we have this disgusting kitchen we have cockroaches . We open a request letting them know about this issue . Request was closed and no one came to our apartment to find out what was going on .

I went to the office to let them know air ducts are extremely dirty . Like always they didn't take any actions and I don't think this follow safety , sanitation or fair housing as is mention in my contract. This is so unhealthy for my kids breathing all this bacterias.... Juan was being so rude telling us that we have to pay if we want the air duct clean but in my contract is the owner responsibility. Hopefully I hope I can have some answer because this is becoming a health issue to my daughter .

This was the worst place I've ever lived. I lived here for 5 years. The first 2 years were fine but then i started seeing roaches and the complex was all of the sudden infested. After being there a 3rd year & complaining about the roaches, the Property Manager moved me from the apartment I was in to another apartment. The problem only got worse here. I saw roaches EVERYWHERE, the bedrooms, living room, kitche, sometimes in my clothes in the drawers. I constantly complained and they came out to spray but the problem never got better. I was so embarrassed that I never invited people over

Do not move here!!! i can't wait until my lease is up to get out!!! this place is infested with roaches. so much so, that you have to empty your cabinets every month for the scheduled extermonators to come in to spray. roaches and mice throughout the apartments. the kids hang out in the hallways all night and i had a rock thrown at my car while i was driving out with my kids in the car. my friend had the same thing happen and had to replace her mirror. the towing company they have tows any visitors if they park in visitors more than twice in 7 days and they monitor your car like they&apos
