Rotem is incredible! She has extensively trained in Pilates and it is obvious by her teaching style and mastery of the moves she teaches. She is patient, hands on and incredibly friendly. The workouts are challenging, and you feel the moves throughout your body. Highly recommend Rotem’s Pilates!!!!
