This community has been through a lot. But now there is a full-time staff and things are starting to turn around. People can complain all they want. But would you rather live in Denver or Aurora with all of the crime and murders going on? I'm just grateful that I don't have to hear the fire department or ambulance constantly driving back and forth from each emergency.

This place must not have any vacancies (even though I know they do) bc I can’t seem to get a call back to schedule a tour. I scheduled one a couple weeks ago end I was 8 mins late on account of my car battery being dead and when I got there at 12:08 the leasing lady Sheila, told me that she couldn’t show me the unit bc she scheduled a tour right after me. Seriously?! 8 mins late? …. And now I can’t seem to get a call back to res exile the tour. Zero stars!!!

The apartment was not move in ready. Was told there would also be new carpeting in, that didn’t happen. It was completely dirty when we moved in. Shelves were not put in.
They will tow your car, even though they have your car information. As far as parking the only thing I was told was don’t park in HOA spaces. I went out of town for work only to find out the day I left they towed my car. Refused to help me get it back, therefore I had to pay out of pocket. Didn’t offer to give me credit and the new management could definitely use some classes in empathy.
The only thing good about this

Looking for a new apartment to move too that is closer to work. Lamarr Wallet gave us a tour of one of the loft apartments and he was very informative of the amenities for only being there for a day. He was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be considering this place for moving into.

I recently wrote a negative review of the community I live in because I felt we were being neglected as residents.
Since writing that review, my view has changed because I’ve seen it personally.
First of all, I’d like to thank the folks at the office for all their hard work they put in fixing the messes the previous manager made.
Secondly, the maintenance crew has been on top of their game, the grounds manager is very polite and responsive when ever things arise, and they have hired a new porter to help keep up with the grounds, I see him every morning walking around picking up trash. Great

Just moved here recently. I had to deep clean the kitchen before unpacking, because the crappy particleboard cupboards were dirty/disgusting; one smelled like rotten potatoes so bad I nearly threw up, but I managed to get rid of the smell. I can hear everything my neighbors do and everything outside, even with a fan running. The ceiling creaks and sometimes my lights rattle when the upstairs neighbors move around. Heat is uneven, my bedroom is cold when my living room is cozy. Apartment sometimes smells like smoke even though I don't smoke. Dogs barking. Police were at the complex at least

Great new(ish) Management team that has been instrumental in turning certain things around and making vast improvements to the property! Their patience and flexibility around the covid time is unsurpassed! Awesome place to call home! Additionally, the onsite team they have in place to take care of any issue is phenomenal!

Don't let the fake "great tour" google reviews help you decide if you want to live here. Like other comments here the lack of communication between managers and residents and violations of people's rights is what drove me out of this place breaking my lease. Now we're waiting on our deposit and I've been moved out two months ago.
Before you decide to chose Fox Run as a place to live do note that the utility bill is insanely over priced. As a renter of the one bedroom loft and two people living there that worked 60 hour work weeks the monthly utilities (water, sewer

So I just drove out to this place with the intention of looking at an apartment. When I arrived, the Leasing Office was closed and locked at 12:30 in the afternoon and there was a resident knocking, trying to get in. We both stood outside the door while he knocked several times. I could see someone standing inside the building, but no one would answer the door. I went back to my car and called and I told the young man on the phone that I had driven all the way to look at the place and no one would answer. He then asked me when I would like to look at a place. UH, HOW ABOUT NOW SINCE I TOLD YOU

One of thee most unprofessional establishments I’ve ever been too. Talk about customer service and customer care, their is non. Property managers were very lazy, a lot of issues they didn’t take time to address, they just assumed and blames everything not the tenants. Without any proper research, they hardly walk around and do checks. I feel like their cooped up in their office all day. If the management was better, if they had a conscious, and if they wasn’t so money hungry. This establishment would but such an awesome place to live. A lot of drama with my stay over @Fox Runs Loft, no one

My family of 4 lived here for almost 2 years. I have to tell you that the management really goes out of it's way to make sure their tenants are happy. The maintenance is always on time. The place is located in a very quite place and away from busy streets. My boys go to Red Hawk Ridge Elementary and they love it. Highly recommended.
